Little Caesars is only good if it’s hot and ready and at this location that is never the case. Currently sitting here and it has been an hour and a half since I placed my order. It’s said it was packing up for 25 minutes. I don’t think it’s the workers fault, as they seem understaffed with no manager. Also, this is for two cheese pizzas and breadsticks. Nothing crazy at all.

Ordered on line pick up. It was to be ready at 9pm. Pulled up to the pick up window at 9pm and a young man at the window stated the pizzas are still cooking pull up to the front and they would bring it out to us. Waited 35 minutes in the truck. Store closed and knocked on door to check on the order. The food was done and waiting to be picked up. They had no idea that we were waiting outside like they told us to. Never going back there again. And the pizza not that good.

Worst Little Caesar’s experience EVER in Troy IL. Order was to be ready @ 7:26. I arrived @ the drive-thru window @ 7:25. I was told the Italian cheesy bread was in the oven and they were working on the pizza. He said it would be 10-15 minutes. I should pull around and they would bring it out to me. After waiting 23 minutes, I finally went in and he said can I help you. I said I have waited over 20 minutes and still haven’t received my food. He went to the warming oven and pulled out my food and said sorry ma’am. He completely forgot that he said they would bring it out to me. This was a completely unacceptable experience.

Normally I would have given this location a 4 star because they normally do good and the staff has always been friendly. Today when I went I was greeted with “what do you want”. I’ve always been a person who feels that if I’m paying for a service, even as simple as a pizza, the workers should at least smile since I’m helping pay their salary with my business. They tried to double charge me for an order I placed online and already paid for. I had to tell them the items on my order they forgot to give me. The claimed to have no bags for my two orders of crazy bread and sauces so I had to balance them on the pizzas. One person came in for one pizza ahead of me. No one behind me. I feel bad for the other pick up order since they had their pizza sitting out on a cold counter. I think from here on out I make the trip to Collinsville or Fairview heights for my pizza. Also, nothing I had ordered contained peppers but two of the pizza I received had green peppers in the box on the size of the pizza. The Bread sticks were only half cooked and half soggy. I would suggest to management replacing this whole crew or separating them with members who appreciate getting paid to work a job. Because this free is the reason I will never return to this location.
