So, after many intermediate interactions at this little Caesars, we had an amazing one that earned all the stars and then some!
Daniel! (In his awesome hat) gave us the most amazing experience! He told us that he had hot and ready, decided they werent good enough to be sent out, and made fresh. He was super friendly and made sure the experience was awesome.

Normally I would have given this location a 4 star because they normally do good and the staff has always been friendly. Today when I went I was greeted with “what do you want”. I’ve always been a person who feels that if I’m paying for a service, even as simple as a pizza, the workers should at least smile since I’m helping pay their salary with my business. They tried to double charge me for an order I placed online and already paid for. I had to tell them the items on my order they forgot to give me. The claimed to have no bags for my two orders of crazy bread and sauces so I had to balance them on the pizzas. One person came in for one pizza ahead of me. No one behind me. I feel bad for the other pick up order since they had their pizza sitting out on a cold counter. I think from here on out I make the trip to Collinsville or Fairview heights for my pizza. Also, nothing I had ordered contained peppers but two of the pizza I received had green peppers in the box on the size of the pizza. The Bread sticks were only half cooked and half soggy. I would suggest to management replacing this whole crew or separating them with members who appreciate getting paid to work a job. Because this free is the reason I will never return to this location.

Had a thin crust pepperoni, sausage, mushroom pizza today. Picked up at the drive thru. Pizza was great and the staff was polite and professional. I have seen him a few times and always seems to be in a good mood and very polite.

Idk what this is but it isn’t a pizza to me. It’s a shape that isn’t a circle at that and then I can’t even tear a piece without it breaking bc of how thin they made the dough. Idc about the presentation but I at least should have enough dough to eat the pizza normally not break every piece.

My order was places at 7:41, supposed to be ready at 8:20, got the ready notification at 8:42, didn’t actually receive my order until almost 9:00.
Whoever manages this place must be incompetent. They were operating with literally no organizational strategy for completed pizzas. They took 5 minutes per order to assemble an otherwise fully cooked order. On top of this, multiple employees were frequently standing around idle waiting for another employee to do something.
1. Buy them a Sharpie so they can right the order name or number on the boxes!
2. Don’t just serve the next person in line, look at your completed orders and ask if that person is present, and get them out the door.

ORDER AHEAD! It’s always hot, fresh, and tastes SO GOOD every single time. Underrated pizza spot in Troy IL for sure — $13* for a large pizza AND Italian cheese bread is such a great deal for the quality!

I came in to pick up 8 pizzas I was alone I’m an older lady the young man came from the back still using a loud voice, he was friendly but fake, I saw a guy when I came in the door go straight to the back, looked at me, kept walking. So the young man at the counter shoves 8 pizzas in front of me he says “here” and walks right to the back., does NOT offer any assistance, I am a small woman, I usually use a cane but didn’t use it, thought for sure someone would have helped me out to my car, parked in the front of store. Now I was able to get them out and into my car safely, but that’s not my point. I was very, disappointed to know they couldn’t take 2 minutes or less to help me.

There were only 2 (maybe 3?) young men working on a Friday night and they were amazing! I placed an online order an hour ahead of pickup because I was traveling. Had to wait about 5 minutes for 5 really good and freshly made pizzas. Great value for price and the employees sunny dispositions made the whole experience spectacular! Please take care of these employees. They earned recognition tonight!
