It was right at 5 pm when I stopped in and they were pretty depleted of their Hot n Ready food. So I ordered pizza and their version of breadstick s. Waited , not a long , long time. Got home and my pizza still had raw dough Had to cook it. Was disappointed, but…. It was very good!!! Their Italian cheese bread (sticks) are great!! They have a wonderful garlicky, buttery flavor and the cheese is thick!

Had you at 4 stars edit and drop to 1. Last 3 times I’ve been I ordered a supreme and it was obvious a pepperoni pizza that they just threw toppings on. It annoying because toppings fall off because they are not baked into the cheese. Obvious teen laziness to make less dishes and do less work. The pizza is also not cut all way through. Shame was a good location but now it’s ran by children that don’t care about quality of the food they serve. Think you need new shift managers.

This place is extremely sketch and obviously ran by teenagers who don’t care. I ordered an extra cheese pizza and they didn’t put it on and then argued with me about it when I called and volunteered to drive it back to have a new one made. They also told me I’d have to pay more. In further arguing the manager “George” told me that he deals with a- – holes like me all the time. While I could hear the staff laughing in the background. Unacceptable to speak to paying customers like that. The next day the manager/owner said he would make me a free pizza, however I declined. I have been patronizing the up town Alton location and it’s awesome and they don’t covet the cheese like it’s gold.

Pretty good for under 10 bucks. No complaints, except they do so much business that “hot and ready” doesn’t really apply. That’s okay though, order their deep dish anything and you won’t remember the Hot and Ready thing anyways. Also, order their zesty cheesy bread, it’s actually jalapeño cheesy bread and do not forget the sauce. Thank me later.

The staff was fast, friendly and helpful. The pizza was affordable, made correctly and fed everyone. I liked how easy it was to order online for a party. The atmosphere is fine, but it’s nothing extra nice, it’s pretty standard.
