Prices are very good for what you get. Staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer to call ahead or order online so the food is hot and ready. They do offer several things that are hot and ready, but sometimes they have a long line because they’re so reasonably priced and good food.

Worst experience ever. Will not be back. We have been waiting 45 min for 2 pizzas and an order of crazy bread. Saturday night and they had no hot and ready’s available. Been standing in the lobby for 5 min and no one has come out to greet us, take our order or give us an update.

This place has turned into a joke. An hour to an hour and a half waiting for 2 pizzas. I have had this experience the past 3 time I have ordered. Tonight I called and was told the system went down so it would be another 20 minutes. Wait and then drove in to pick it up. I was then told again their system was down so they just got my order and just started it. This was 40 minutes from my initial order. I had already paid so I waited the 20 minutes again. While I was waiting I did call the corporate office as well and I am waiting for them to get back to me. I will no longer be using or recommend this place until the staff change or they do something about all the wait and customer service issues they have!!!

This is Typical for this place I have had 3 too many bad experiences and No Reasonable offers at correcting Thier mistakes I do understand people have bad days and can in the food industry things can get Hectic and busy but to hold your customers accountable and scream at them is absolutely not the way to deal with it my suggestion to resolving the problem is change of management or provide proper training to entire staff and Management team I was told that if a company has a high employee turn over rate that it is not the lack of qualified employees but due to Lack of proper management skill. To the 2 ladies that dealt with this situation I hope you have a better week and remember to smile apologize and reason with customer that are not satisfied.

This is a cheese pizza Ashely the manager does not know how to run a company she said it must have been rush time. I ordered an hour and a half early online! Who would even put this in the box i would rather wait 10 more min for a good pizza. She said she would call her manager and hung up on me. Will never eat here again!!

I came inside thinking it would be quicker only to be flat out ignored for several minutes by an employee. Finally asked if they had anything that was ready at the moment and the employee ignored me and walked away and went outside to retrieve someone from the parking lot to take my order as if it’s not his job even though he was just standing around the whole time. Not sure if there was a manager on duty, but you all need to work on your customer service skills.
