Asked what they had ready and the lady said “for pizza? Uhhh like nothing, and for anything else? Nothing. So nothing.”
So we ordered 1 pizza and have been waiting 30+min to be told “idk what’s going on or time frame but I think they put some in.”

Our most recent meal purchase was for our son’s birthday party and everything was delicious. The pizza and crazy bread was baked well, hot and ready to devour. Ordered through the App and picked up at the window. The two employees that I talked to were polite and respectful.

Worst experience ever. Will not be back. We have been waiting 45 min for 2 pizzas and an order of crazy bread. Saturday night and they had no hot and ready’s available. Been standing in the lobby for 5 min and no one has come out to greet us, take our order or give us an update.
I take that back he just came out and said it will be a few more minutes. When asked why the delay he said, “There are only 3 employees in the entire building.”
While standing here waiting, one of the employees (who moved slower than molasses) just said a see ya later I’m heading home. Meanwhile, they have a line and people in the parking lot and other customers in the lobby now.
I understand things happen, short staffed times happen, but the customer service during those times needs to be even better to compensate or you lose customers like this one.

This is Typical for this place I have had 3 too many bad experiences and No Reasonable offers at correcting Thier mistakes I do understand people have bad days and can in the food industry things can get Hectic and busy but to hold your customers accountable and scream at them is absolutely not the way to deal with it my suggestion to resolving the problem is change of management or provide proper training to entire staff and Management team I was told that if a company has a high employee turn over rate that it is not the lack of qualified employees but due to Lack of proper management skill. To the 2 ladies that dealt with this situation I hope you have a better week and remember to smile apologize and reason with customer that are not satisfied.

Little Caesars is a good choice for people who are looking for both good pizza and affordable prices. While I like Papa John’s and Dominos, they can’t beat Little Caesars. If you haven’t gotten pizza here yet, you should definitely check it out. One more thing: their bread sticks are some of the best around, truly AMAZING!!!

Always loved these classics hot n ready after a good days shopping. Can expect an off day from the cook (over periods if time) but after third visit! Burnt..chewy..taste old. These were my favorite crusts etc NOT ANYMORE!

This is a cheese pizza Ashely the manager does not know how to run a company she said it must have been rush time. I ordered an hour and a half early online! Who would even put this in the box i would rather wait 10 more min for a good pizza. She said she would call her manager and hung up on me. Will never eat here again!!

All the toppings were placed on top of the cheese and we were told that that’s how little Caesar’s makes their pizzas okay fine but there was very little cheese and sauce on this pizza and 3/4 of the toppings were on 1/2 the pizza.

Do not eat from this little Caesars.. The man who owns it is a complete joke along with the people that work there the “manager” that i dealt with said the owner”Tim” wont do or let him do anything about it .. He sold me a pizza that was so hard and nasty it was sitting for hours in the warmer The manager said it was freshly made as youll see in the picture and video thats a complete lie .. ..When I went back and showed him the picture and videos the next day he said there’s nothing he will do .. Nothing at all if I would have fed my children this pizza they would have got food poisoning no joke .. I can’t believe for one second they would sell something so nasty to make kids sick.. when. I asked for the owners number or when he will l be back in this location they said they can’t tell me anything theresnoone in charge here ? Besides that the employer’shad open cuts and sores on there body making food without any protection on .. something needs to be done about this gentleman that owns this location he also owns charleston and Effingham location he hires whoever will work for cheap and doesn’t care about how clean his business is or the quality of the food .. I do not even back up the one star .. someone is going to get sick
