I come here often but today I had a bad experience. It’s sad that the girls in the front don’t greet their customers and avoid eye contact as much as possible. I get y’all are putting in work tryna get these orders done but the least you can do is acknowledge your customers. Due to this, I had one person cut us in line only because the girl in the front acknowledged him first and avoided me completely. Mind you I had ordered over the phone 20 minutes prior so my order was ready. I waited approximately 5-10 minutes to be taken care of. They didn’t provide the best customer service although I will say the food was great! So 10/10 on that.

They need to find a better server. Yesterday, my husband and child were standing right in front of him, but he was only focused on his own tasks. There were no other customers at the time, and then he went to the kitchen and wouldn’t come out. It was completely discriminatory service. Ridiculous! Don’t come here again. If you expect good service, you’re dreaming! You won’t even get basic service!

This used to be the best little Caesars I ever been to. Now a scrawny short kid with dreads works there and he’s awful. He was on his phone when I walked in and he saw me come in, while he’s at the register, and looked back down at his phone and completely ignored me. I said “hello” twice and he kept looking at his phone while I said I’m picking up. He kept looking at his damn phone while asking what’s the name. I was annoyed at this point and gave him the same energy and did not speak and showed him my phone since that’s how he functions. He’s extremely and rude. Get rid of him and bring back the old crew. They also were fully staffed today and nobody was answering the phone while I was there so if you call just know no one answers.

Please hire more staff, every time I order there is a line of 15+ people just waiting to pick up their orders, which are backed up for 45 minutes-1 hour. The staff are busy making pizza so nobody is available to tell you how long the wait is or if they are even making your pizza (the estimated pizza ready times are rarely correct). The pizza is good if you can get it

I’m from Detroit and had this pizza there and it looked like it does when you google “Detroit style deep dish pizza” and this is not Detroit style pizza. Half of our so-called Detroit style deep dish pizza wasn’t done and completely soft in the middle! Pictures included

My experience was horrible. First of all, I ordered for my food to be delivered. It tracks when it’s to be delivered. The driver was at the store, then all of a sudden my order got canceled. I called the store to see why it got canceled. A lady answered the phone and said ” oh, I’m sorry that happened”, then tells me to hold. I hopped in my car to go over to the store while I’m still on the phone. No one came back to the phone. When I go there it was chaos. I asked for my money back but they said since I ordered on line I had to wait 3-5 business day to get my money, but it took them 2 seconds to get my money. The general manager came from the back with an attitude because one of the workers was slamming peoples orders on the counter. Little Caesar, do better! I wouldn’t recommend them to no one. Just horrible.

what a joke. ordered online at 9:09pm, as many people do in 2025, and it said that my order would be ready between 9:33-9:38pm. Cool, no problem. Show up at the location, walk in and give my name only to be sternly questioned “well, does the app say that your order is ready???” I walked in at 9:35 and my order hadn’t even been put into the oven. This location claims they prioritize walk ins & doordash before THEIR OWN ONLINE ORDERING mechanisms. he said it would be 10-15 min…. I walk back in there at 10:10pm because there are no updates on my app. Mind you, now its been a complete hour since I placed this order and a solid 30 min. of me being in this parking lot. No one can give me an update on my order so at this point, I’m convinced that for whatever reason, it’s on purpose. When asked to speak with the manager, she was “busy in the back doing inventory… or something else”. Terrible employees who speak disrespectfully to customers and they clearly cannot handle processes. I’m not sure why they refused to make my order – just glad I said I would pay upon pick up instead of giving them money ahead of time (but maybe that’s what they refused to make my order). Save yourself time!

Horrible location & Unorganized! App fulfills orders, takes your payment, tells you it’s gonna take only 20 minutes, but when you get to the store location, I waited over an hour & a half! Severely understaffed! The food was decent & I would not recommend this location at all!

This place is a disaster. I placed my order online for a 60 Min pick up and get there to find I could barely step into the place because it was packed with people waiting for their food. Then I’m told it’ll be another 20-30 mins.
Last time I give them my business.
