Hello. I would like to file a complaint regarding the service I received today.
I have never seen such poor service before. The employee who was working at the time (the woman wearing a headscarf) was extremely unprofessional. She kept talking to other staff members and was not paying attention to the customer at all.
I also noticed serious sanitary and hygiene violations. She was handling food with dirty hands, and after touching her body, she continued to pack the pizza without washing her hands or using gloves. This is unacceptable and raises major concerns about food safety.
I kindly ask the management or administration to look into this incident and improve your service. Please review this situation and provide proper training for your staff. Customers deserve cleanliness, respect, and professional service.

Zero is better fit. Absolutely the worst experience of customer service. We pre planned the order and ready for delivery. Our order was cancelled at the last minute with no notice. Called and waited on the phone line with no response. This order was for a surprise party of 30 people. Instead of enjoying the evening, I was stressed and in a bind to feed all these people. I will never order from them again.

The pizza was undercooked – dough was gooey and seemed almost raw. The employees were friendly enough, but they seemed overwhelmed and short-staffed, with multiple customers standing and waiting for a long time.

Came here after driving all day with my man and ordered online. Got two extra most bestist pepperonis. I was kinda scared after reading all the reviews but they were sooooooo nice when I got there and my pizzas are both perfect. 10/10 would come again. I think management did a poor job scheduling and organizing the team for superbowl sunday. The owners should be ashamed. This was pure unorganized chaos. No amount of money equates how the team members were treated by customers. I witnessed this. Little Caesars should have stopped taking orders to allow for the team to catch up. This was pure greed. They deserve a bonus or reward for not quitting or walking out this Sunday.

They need better management here, you can hear employees arguing with each other. Online orders not being put in the portal, this place used to be fast and steady now is a joke. Employees here don’t take pride in what they do just sad. 1hr wait for 2 pep if you order here and even if you order online you still have to wait even though you get the code for the pizza portal.

First of all, I made a mobile order so it would be ready ahead of time, (an hour in advance),
My order was supposed to be ready at 6:30, I came in and the Cashier was just messing around with some kids, giggling and not taking orders and there was a big line, she finally takes me and asks for my order and she said it was going to be ready in 5 minutes, which is no issue, I understand that sometimes it can take a little longer, but they made me wait 25 minutes, it wasn’t even ready, people were getting frustrated waiting in line, they gave a person a burned pizza, and they requested a refund, then they gave someone else a completely different pizza and also requested a refund, until I mentioned to them I’ve been waiting for 25 mins they hurry to get one ready, I ordered a sauce with it and not even half of it was served on the container. I ended up leaving at 7 instead. Do not go here worst customer service.
