I ordered an old world pepperoni pizza and received an uncut, burnt, classic pizza. I was charged nearly double for what I actually ordered. I called the store and advised them of this was told that I could bring it back and they would have the right one ready for me when I arrive. When I arrived they acted as if they had no idea why I was there and proceeded to tell me that this was the pizza and that the only difference is that the pepperoni curls… which is not the description of the old world pizza that has cheese and pepperoni to the edge and 100 pepperonis. They took the uncut, overcooked, classic and told me it would be 7 minutes for the old world… when I received the new pizza it appears to be the exact same pizza, the one i brought back to them, tired of arguing and too many hungry children but I will think again before ordering here. I always give places a second chance. It looks like the manager hired all new people and I must say the service was excellent. I was able to get 3 pizza in under 4 minutes waiting time total. I wasn’t even there longer then 5 minutes. Great work. The manager deserves his recognition. It’s the dark skin older guy. I appreciate your service.

My friends and I went here because it was 1.7 stars and we were hoping it would be awful. Beyond impressed with this place and even the wings were incredible. Food was also ready after only 10-15 minutes of waiting and basically $20 of food fed 4 of us. Will be coming back here again.

placed and online order and didn’t receive the correct order and then when I showed the manager my pizza he’s trying to argue with me it’s correct. I show him the online order and he tells me I can remake but it’s going to be a while. I replied with just refund me the wrong pizza and he said he couldn’t do it so I got stuck with the wrong pizza.

Honestly the food is gas, the workers are nice, you get the food fast, and it’s cheap; all around great. HOWEVER, they prohibit you from ordering the best thing on the menu -the pretzel crust- without using the app, so I give it a 1.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 extra sauce cups. Got the email they were ready to be picked up in the portal. I walked in, no one greeted me thats fine since it was supposed to be in the portal, but of course there was nothing there, but there were items in their heaters behind the counter. So I scooted over and could see people standing in back talking to each other or messing around on their phones. I waited for a few minutes. Nothing. I said hello. Nothing. Waited another couple minutes, said excuse me. Nothing. Mind you, a multiple people in the way back made eye contact with me and just looked away, didn’t say anything to me or whoever was supposed to be working the counter. Dude finally comes up and asks my name, then turns around and takes my pizzas off the edge of the counter where they were sitting, not being kept warm or anything. Then says have a nice day, and I’m like oh there’s supposed to be 2 sauces and he’s like hmm oh okay. Then gets them. I leave. Then when I get home I find that one of the pizzas wasn’t made correctly since it was supposed to have extra sauce and it was practically dry under the cheese.

I went there in frankfort on Wednesday eve the service was good but the food was horrible the crazy bread was hard and cold. I got 3 pizzas the sausage one was falling apart the pepperoni was ok and the mushroom was plain nasty. It is getting just like the one in tinley park (horrible)
