05/06/23 I ordered online for delivery and most of my order was missing and the items I received were wrong. I ordered 2 regular pepperoni pizzas and was sent 1 pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and 1 sausage stuffed crust pizza. They did not send the rest of the order including 2 orders of crazy bread, 1 order of jalapeno slices and stix, and 4 crazy sauce. They are always getting orders wrong and nothing is ever made on time at this location.

The crew at Joe Orr road is so lazy and dirty. I went there Friday September 10th and i saw they had a dirty shoe lace over the counter… are you kidding me?? Not mentioning they bake the oddest shaped pizza ever, they aren’t round and fluffy anymore, they are flat in one side and the ingredients are all piled up in one side while the other is plane empty. Not going tho this location anymore, service and product is worse and they are so dirty and lazy.

Awful. Place an order online and pickup at designated time. Wait 15 minutes to talk to someone, just to find out that there is another delay. Meanwhile, the pizza portal is full of pizzas but you cannot enter a code or scan a QR. Every time that we come here, we say, “Never again,” but somehow, we always find our way back to deal with this cluster of an establishment. Please, save your sanity. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Buying a pizza from here is like buying a lootbox, chances of getting a good looking pizza which also tastes great is 9%, 21% is pizza’s that look good but don’t taste as good as the 9% or just lack taste. the remaining 70% will get you a pizza that not only looks horrifying but tastes awful as well. Buying a pizza from here is literally a roll of the dice for quality which sucks because if they always sold the 9% pizzas it would be a heavenly place to eat.
