We ordered Crazy Bread tonight and unfortunately it was extremely cold and hard—so much so that we initially thought it wasn’t fully cooked. The butter/garlic sauce was also excessively dripping in the bag.
My husband drove back to the store to politely show them, since we order these often and know they normally don’t come like that. The employee dismissed the concern and said that’s just how they come. When my husband said he didn’t want to argue over $3 breadsticks and just wanted to place a new order, he was told it would take another 30 minutes.
Mistakes happen, but the dismissive customer service after we went out of our way to return was disappointing.

I ordered online, and it took a whole hour when I was already there , When I asked about it twice they still didn’t have it ready and just kept smiling. I’ve worked in a pizza place before, and I’ve never seen a place this slow for such a basic order. The whole staff seemed disorganized and unaware of what they were doing, trying to serve “invisible” orders before the customers who were actually there to pick up. Ordered a classic pepperoni, Italian cheese bread and a crazy bread combo. The pizza was missing cheese and dough it seemed. The crazy bread was still raw dough. The only thing that was perfect was the Italian cheese bread!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was ridiculous. My order was ready at around 4:30 but I couldn’t even get to the front of the line until 5:50 to even pick up my order. Employees were trying their best but there was no order to any line that was formed by waiting customers, and to top it off, the lack of a manager to help them out during their rush to push out those with ready pick up orders and cancel the ones for those tired of waiting is so NOT okay. Almost 25ish people were waiting when I arrived and still almost 25ish when I left.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE. Ridiculous wait time even for app orders I placed an order at 5pm yesterday almost 9pm and it still wasn’t ready you can also forget about trying to get a hold of them via phone call. Once we got it and opened the box at home it was very very hard lacked sauce. I’m better off getting an oven pizza and making it at home.

For whatever reason this place lacks consideration and urgency. I ordered only 2 pizzas thru the mobile app at 9:35. The app said my pizzas would be ready at 10pm. I arrive at 10:03 with NO CUSTOMERS inside. Means my pizza should be ready right? Nope. They say give us 8 minutes. Why!? This is the second time this has happened l. Horrible service!!! Who ever the manager is, should be fired! Went in on Halloween night ordered a couple pizzas online. My order was supposed to be ready by 10:40pm. Showed up at 10:50 and my order still wasn’t ready. Waited until 11:30, granted I knew it would be a busy night but when I asked how long my ordered wasn’t even started. Had them void my order stated I would be getting a refund in 3-5 business days. It’s been over a week and still no refund. Called the store and NO ONE PICKS UP!!! Been on hold for over 25 min. WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!

I have been trying to call and get a hold of a manager and no one ever answers. I ordered pizzas on Halloween that took over 2 hours to be ready, went in for a refund and was told I would be refunded and have yet to receive $39. I asked if their reprint receipt was in fact a refund and was assured i canceled my order, After leaving, the app still had my order as pending for the remainder of the night and now almost a month later I have not been refunded for an order I never picked up and requested to cancel, now I can’t get a hold of anyone. I have had nothing but problems with this location.

So according to the cashier I talked to at this place the managers don’t know what they’re doing and don’t order what they need at a timely basis. No stuffed pretzel crust, no regular stuffed cheese crust, no wings… this a multi million dollar franchise and this place doesn’t have the basic things it needs to run smoothly….if I could give 0 stars I would. Doesn’t deserve the 1 star. Also was trying to order the pizza through the app and it wouldn’t let me. Made me drive down here just so they can tell me they couldn’t make what I wanted.
