I ordered 1 hour in advance for 2 pizzas and crazy bread. I arrive on time and am told its another 10 minutes because” alot of orders came in” how is my order pushed back when I planned ahead!? Busy night, Friday night, all things considered this is not acceptable for any establishment! All the orders that went out before me were door dash, why is my order not as important!?

The pizza was flavorless and barely had any sauce on it. The wings were 7.99 for 8pc so $1/pc and they were TINY and not good. As cheap as the meal was it was still a ripoff and so disappointing.

Listen, I don’t expect much from Little Caesars. I was craving a pizza and didn’t want an hour wait. At the very least I expect the pizza to be warm, not even HOT, warm. It was a cold pizza and I live 3 minutes away. Cold- so clearly not made within the last 30ish minutes if not longer. Both pizzas were also undercooked, which I find funny since they weren’t in the rush to make them as they just sat there for 30+ minutes. (Didn’t place an order a head, so no reason they would’ve been sitting there)

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and a regular cheese pizza. They said it would be 10 minutes. I wish I checked the thin crust pizza before I left because it wasn’t cooked all the way and wasn’t edible. Both pizzas were cold. It was disgusting. I tried to call to see about getting a replacement pizza, but the phone just rang and rang and no one ever answered. I won’t be back to this location again because it’s really gone downhill. I understand this is cheap pizza, but you still expect it to be cooked properly.
