By far this has been my worst experience in a fast restaurant in my entire life. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Addison, IL location and unfortunately things don’t seem to be getting better. Today, August 14th at around 1:20 p.m. I went to pick up an order that I ordered online, via my works desktop.

Worst customer service ever. I love Caesar’s pizza, but when I arrived here, they accepted my order, gave me my money, and then I observed them cooking the pizza without even cleaning their hands. Do you realize how many infections and nasty things arise from cash?

Order on Saturday night. I ordered a Detroit Pizza and Fanceroni pizza. Instead, we got 2 normal Jalapeño pizzas. I called back, but they were already closed. I called 2 days later and requested to talk to a manager. The person who answered said that the manager was not available. I asked when should I call back to talk to the manager, and he said he didn’t know when. I told him that I was calling regarding a wrong order, and he said he was the assistant manager. I told him what happened, and he asked for a receipt. I told him that I had a photo of the receipt, and he said I dont need a photo. I told him it was a photo of the receipt, and he said again that he didn’t need any photos. He told me to call corporate. I asked him for the 1-800 number, and he replied, “I don’t talk to corporate, I don’t know.”” He was very rude. I asked for his name, and he said they don’t give any names. I told him it was his responsibility to give his name. Instead, he hung up the phone.

I know the people there are working their best and they’re always so nice and reactive to giving me better alternatives. When there’s a particular pizza not ready made they’re quick to give me choices and I believe that makes the experience better. I hope the customer has a great experience and the workers receive a fair wage for their hard work.

this place just keeps going downhill. we only go here because my husband really likes little ceasars. we have one closer to us, but that one is just as bad, if not worse. the breadsticks are always rock hard and tasteless. there’s a 50/50 chance that the pizza is undercooked. good luck trying to get any problems with your order resolved – they NEVER answer the phone!

I just want to start by saying I have ordered from several different Little Cesar’s prior to this and have sent family members to pick up my order without incident. I have never experienced such a horrible experience like I did Sunday June 25th. Horrible staff and customer service. I ordered pizzas for my daughter’s first birthday party and paid online. I sent my brother to pick up the pizzas with the screen shot of the receipt of paid pizzas since my partner and I were attending to our guests at the party. The gentleman who refused to give his name did not want to give my brother the pizzas. The man gave every excuse possible as to why he refused to give him the pizzas. First it was that he needed “proof” that it was paid for. My brother showed the receipt and that still was not acceptable. Then the guy said “he needed a paper receipt”. Since when do we need to print a physical receipt for an online order to pick up the pizzas. He argued with my brother treating him as if he was there to steal pizzas. My brother called me while he was there and the staff refused to speak to me. This was just racial discrimination. My brother is mixed latino and african american so based on my brothers looks and color the man felt “entitled” to treat my brother as if he was some thug or thief trying to steal someones order. My cell phone number was on the order, I called the store over 10x as my brother was there so they can see that my number matched the oder but they refused to answer the phone. The staff member could have easily made a 1 minute call to the number on the order to confirm whether he can pick it up but nope. They sent my brother away without the order. My partner had to leave our daughters party drive over 15 minutes away JUST TO GET COLD PIZZAS. When my partner got there the man refused to come to the front and sent some teenage girl to deal with it. First she tells my partner there “was no order”. The staff began “ to look” for an order that was sitting behind them the entire time. The fact that the man made a big ordeal and took over an hour to give us cold pizzas that were paid for is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m disgusted at this location and staff member. Clearly that staff member needs training. I filed a complaint with corporate already and filing a charge back with my card. I will be making this a big deal because discrimination is not okay.

I usually love Little Caesar’s Pizza, so when I was visiting a friend in Addison, we ordered Little Caesar’s and picked it up (carryout). The food was good, however, we were missing an entire order of bread sticks, which was very disappointing as we did not have the time to go back for the missing item. We attempted to call Little Caesar’s to report the issue and they did not answer the phone, so unfortunately there was no resolution for the issue. I was overall disappointed with their customer service, even though I generally enjoy Little Caeser’s for the food and cost point. I would appreciate a response from management regarding my review, and am happy to revise my review if a resolution is achieved. Thank you!

Had good expectations! Until I saw how dirty the drive through window counter area looked! Just disgusting cob webs old crumbled up receipts . Do they not clean here I can only imagine how the back area where they prep the food looks like? Disgusting and the guy at the window got an attitude when I asked how often they clean! I decided not to buy anything here.

Worst service ever. The manager can’t speak English well enough to serve English speaking population. They messed up our order then refused to fix it. The rude guy put a stick in the window and said we had to wait another twenty minutes for our food as punishment. We said we just wanted our money back and he refused so we had to call the police on his illiterate unprofessional self to get our money. He was prejudice and rude and should be ashamed to ever treat anyone the way he did. We will be filing a complaint with the corporate office and on their website, and the police for harassment due to bias

Went to the Little Ceasars on Lake St. in Addison and had a horrible experience. There is a sign on the window if you buy 3 pizza’s you get free breadsticks. A very rude Asian looking man (but is Hispanic) handed me my recipt and told me to go around because we had a specialty pizza and had to wait. We wait 10 minutes and while we waited looked at my recipt and noticed he charged me for the breadsticks. When I went to the window to pick up I showed the man the recipt. He snatched it from my hand and said no and started yelling at me. He then threatened to call the police and that I was not getting the $ or the breadsticks. He closed the window and locked it. My husband got off and went inside to ask for our recipt so we could call corporate about his service (who cares about the $5 or the breadsticks) he started yelling at my husband insulting my husband cursing and yelling in front of other customers, he said my husband was beneath him, also said he was the owner, told my husband he was going to call the police and get him for trespassing. My husband kept calm (don’t know how) politely my husband said friend all we need is the recipt. The guy again said no he was not going to give it him. My husband went outside to calm down and went back in and said just give me the recipt. The guy then threw someone else’s recipt at my husband (other customers info on the recipt) at this point my husband just walked out. Don’t go here horrible customer service this could have easily been resolved.
