The worst customer service ever. CORPORATE PLEASE INSPECT THIS LOCATION ZION IL . Sign at the window is confusing, so decided to walk in and one employee there (young girl) just looked at me and asked “didn’t you read the sign?!” I let her know that the sign needs to be more clear but she ignored me and walked to the back of the store.

When you order through DoorDash the pizza is really good, but if you order to pick up the pizza is not cooked well. My daughter’s have had the runs all weekend, so needless to say I’m not ordering Little Caesars in Zion no more. I won’t recommend them, I’d rather drive to another Little Caesars. Most of the time I use the app to place an order. The last couple of times that I’ve ordered the crazy sauce, they always forget to add it my order. So this time I checked my order before I left and it happened again. So I waited for someone to come up to the front to let them know, and i waited, continued to wait. Raised my voice and yelled “excuse me!” and “hello!” Nothing, no acknowledgement. My food was getting cold so, i decided to take 10 steps past the counter, towards the kitchen and finally wave down one of the employees that locked eyes with me. It was a woman, with purple or pink colored hair. I told her what the issue was and she grabbed the sauce and tossed it at me. Told me that I need to leave and that I’m not allowed service next time due to the fact I crossed past the counter. After a short argument, i just left. Don’t get me wrong, i enjoy their pizza but she was one of the most disrespectful employees I’ve encountered in my 38 years of age.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in your store the person was very rude and refused to give me my order and the other three ladies that were waiting to pick up their online order that was ready around the same time as mine. We all walked in there and were not acknowledged about us being there or our orders. He just walks over to us after I walked in there after a few minutes and just asks who had an online order(which we all did) and then said “don’t know how long it’ll be we are short staffed” then mumbled something else and walked away. Left us there waiting and wondering if our orders were even ready or not and then came and said check your emails and cancel the order. I checked out as a guest and wanted to come back in the store to ask how I can cancel bcuz my email only said our pizza is ready. But once all of us left the lobby he locked the lobby door and wasn’t answering calls after this so now I’m going thru corporate after Monday to cancel my order somehow then. Worst customer service. I wish I got his name but he was very tall and was wearing all black with his hat backwards. Worst part was when he was having an exchange with the woman in front of me. She pointed out what he didn’t do but answered her with “but I did say that first” when there were numerous people to testify to her being right. He was immature about it and very disrespectful to her. She was mad as like we all were for the terrible customer service and she told him to f* off as she was walking out and then he was bold enough to say a nasty comment about her mother after she left the store before me. Oh but he said the delivery guy only has to wait 10 mins for his order what a joke of customer service. I always used to come here for pizza versus Waukegan location but now I’ll take myself to the other locations to get the pizza and service that I know is right. I’d rate it 0 stars if I could

Attempted to order via the drive thru. No one answered the intercom. When I went in to order, the person in charge coughed in his hand then proceed to handle me the soda. I requested another one after explaining why and he lied and refused to wash his hands. Another worked started helping me. While waiting on my order, I watched workers make food, mop floors and handle money without ever washing their hands or wearing gloves. Very unsanitary. Will not be back!

Waited more than a half hour at drive thru for a prepaid order because the lobby was locked and no one would come to the window. When I finally got my pizza, it was incorrect but I wasn’t waiting another half hour or more for them to make it again when they couldn’t even make it right in the first place. On top of that staff are very rude

Ordered and prepaid for pizzas spending a total of $120 for Drill or Die 2k23 . Pizza’s were to be picked up at 7pm May 19, 2023. Sent one my parents to get them. They lied and said someone picked them up it was only 10 after 7pm. They never made the pizzas! Not knowing I needed to feed 300 out of town guest. They wind up making them, but bad business!!! Not only that the guy seem like he was sleep. I will never go back! I mean what did they think they were going to do with my money?

If I could give it zero stars I would. Every employee needs to be fired or re trained on basic customer service skills. They’re all rude. Pizzas suck. Drive thru is never opened or when it is the lobby is closed. It’s sad that our local bsuinesses are just trash. Do better zion
