One of the pizzas we got was the Detroit style, the dough wasn’t even fully cooked. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I took a bite but this was AFTER my kids ate most of it. I peeled back the mozzarella to make sure it wasn’t cheese and it’s definitely the raw dough. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. I really hope nobody gets sick.

I ordered for delivery via the app. The order actually arrived before it said it would, but my order was missing a pizza. I called the store, but the number doesn’t actually call the store, it goes to some call center in another country that can’t do anything about a missing pizza, they only take orders, so the person transfers me to the store and says if it gets disconnected call back and press 8….I wait, and wait, and wait and wait…no one ever picks up, so I call back and press 8….still nothing…is there anyone actually working at this store or is it run by robots? Finally, I call the customer service number on the receipt and they actually answer, but only refund me some of what I paid. When I ask can I have the pizza delivered, the lady says, no we can’t do that. The problem could have been solved quickly and efficiently if someone at the store would have answered. I wanted the pizza, not a refund. Very annoying!

Horrible place! If you want to loose your money- go ahead and order at this location! I have placed the order online and apparently they run out of boxes (?!) I got charged and didn’t get the pizzas! Not only no one answers the phone at the location, call center puts you on hold for 2 hours! Just to be hanged up on! Non existent customer service and legalized theft!

This is the worst location. There is always a line and you can expect to sit there for 30-45 minutes every time. As I type this I have been sitting here for 15 minutes and have moved up one car. They don’t allow you to go in and order. The parking/drive through is a nightmare. If you pull up and take your chance in line and decide to leave you can’t because there is only one way out once the line starts. Once the line starts you can’t park because if you do you won’t be able to get out because of the line of cars blocking you in. The only good thing about this place is the pizza is always the same. Little Caesar’s should relocate this one to an easier more accessible location. Or teach their employees how to prepare for their busy nights so people can get in and out like at all their other locations. Going on 25 minutes now and still haven’t moved. I Can’t leave because I’m blocked in. Well it’s now been an hour. I got to the window and the guy was at-least apologetic about the wait. Looks to be only 2-3 people working. Phone is going crazy. This location needs some serious help. I feel bad for the guy working here basically doing all the front end and window work by himself. 1 hour and 14 minutes. What a complete waste of time.

The only thing that was good in this location was the pizzas honestly. Service was nowhere near to customer service standards. When I got there to the intercom I didn’t think I had to wait for a minute till I drove to the drive thru window and they told me it didn’t work and on top of that it was a 45 minute wait. What happened when customer service was good?

Placed an online order for pickup, both payment and order went through and when I went to go pick up my food the whole place is closed even though online they say they’re opened. Called customer service and literally all they could do was place me on hold for who knows how long just to transfer me to a manager, never got to talk to anyone. It’s a different call center than the actual location from where you ordered, all they do is take your order but nothing else.
