I was having terrible cramps today, my man wanted to surprise me with a cheese pizza the way i like it, some pepperoni bored bites, and loads of crazy Breadsticks (2 sides). My man ordered online, paid an extra $2 for a cheese pizza all because i prefer light sauce, which would have been fine. Until he picks up the order, and gets to his vehicle. They missed a whole order of breadsticks. He has to walk back inside and after double checking the order, he is also missing both orders of marinara that are INCLUDED with the Breadsticks. After having to go in a second time, exhausted from work in the oilfield he gets home from over an hour away from this location just to realise they didnt even put light sauce on my cheese pizza. It was LOADED with sauce, which is what a hot n ready normally looks like. We wish we could tip AFTER service because are you kidding me? What part of this order screamed too difficult to make?!
UPDATE: A HAIR IS BAKED INTO THE PEPPERONI BITES!! I thought maybe it was from us but after trying to pull it off, it was clearly BAKED IN from this restaurant!

Girl running the front was nice and willing to help. But the pizza was disgusting and horrible. We got the pretzel crust cheese pizza and it was disgusting. 1st off it was suppose to be pretzel crust ( it was regular pizza crust). 2nd they spread the salt so thick and heavy on the crust and the whole pizza it was like eating a salt pizza. Not too happy about it. And 3rd the wing were suppose to be original plain. And well ended up spicy and hot. My son came to me and told me he can’t eat it. It’s way too salty. He wasn’t lying that for sure. I tried a piece and wow do t think I’ll need to take my blood thinner tonight.

I’m a junior in high school at DHS nearby this place and I frequently go here for lunch, the pizza is cheap and the workers are nice and quick despite being so short staffed. Amazing place.

The food was typical Caesars’. My issue is the customer service. On the menu, you can get crazy bread with or without sauce at the same price. I took advantage of a pizza deal that included crazy bread for $1. When we arrived at the drive thru, I asked for sauce as none was given to us. The Ceaser employee said it wasn’t on the receipt so I’d have to pay $1.08 to get one. I don’t like “Gotcha” moments. 10 cents of sauce for $1.08. Apparently they value short term profit over long term business relationships. There are lots of other choices to get pizza, I will be patronizing those that value my business and me.

Guy at the drive thru on September 19th at 1:46 seems so miserable, doesn’t talk or say your welcome. So unprofessional with customer service. All you have to do is smile a little and not seem so gone. It was a little disrespectful honestly. If you go here just order what you need and don’t say thank you. It won’t be appreciated.

Whoever was working on calls on September 3rd, 2025 at 8:20 pm should be fired immediately for his rude behavior in service, hung up because he could not pronounce my name which is not complicated. I did not appreciate how he was very rude on the phone and I couldn’t have been more polite. God forbid somebody wants to order their pizza for delivery.

Terrible service. Disgusting atmosphere. Pulled up to the drive through picking up an order and person at the window was stuffing their face with pizza. Told me I couldn’t order a custom pizza past 8. Ended up ordering it online and got it 30 minutes later. Very lazy workers, just didn’t want to do their job.

The gentleman working today was super super rude. I placed an online order for 1:45 I showed up at 1:32 so I could ask for some sauces and get drinks. He stated your order won’t be out till 1:45 I said no that’s ok I’m in no rush. I grab my drinks to pay cash for those and the sauces and was gonna tip but he was all pissed off that I even bothered him when I said I’m so sorry to have bothered you he just ignored me. When I tried to get change to still leave a tip he just ignored me…. I was gonna tip 5$ on 9.20$ also i had tipped on my online order. I will never be back.

I usually go NUTS over literally anything from little Caesar’s I absolutely love it. But tonight when my bf and I went our pizza was borderline over cooked (I’m obviously still gonna eat it because it’s not charred) and the crazy bread is flat and like “dense”? I don’t know what other word to use. Not to mention the drive thru lady was rude. I’m still gonna go back because I get everyone has bad days and the food probably just sat in the warmer for too long but there definitely could’ve been measures taken to avoid all of it.
