Ok so I’m not sure where all the bad reviews came from.. Maybe I just got lucky. But I stopped at this KFC while driving down 64. The chicken I got was excellent. The breast was extra tender and juicy, it actually kind of made my mouth water. The lady taking orders smiled and told me to have a good day. Maybe they’re improving. Or maybe people in Knightdale just don’t know a decent KFC. Will stop again when passing thru in the future and I’ll update this review if I need to

Sat at the drive up for a long time before anyone acknowledged we were waiting to order, we asked for X crispy for one of the orders but we were told they did not have enough. They did not offer for us to wait for it to be made fresh. Cashier was rude. When we got home with our meals they were lukewarm warm at best, biscuits were soggy, so were potatoes wedges. Mash potatoes had no gravy and one of the pieces of chicken had no skin on it. I was charged MORE for the meals than the listed menu price!! Menu said 11.49 per meal I was charged 12.19 per meal. Very disappointing will NOT be back!!

I came thru drive thru around 5 pm and ordered the 8pc family meal. When I got home I could tell they cooked this chicken in old grease looks like from all day cooking. But bc it didn’t have a bad smell and I ordered extra crispy I just assumed were ok. But no not even a hour later my 9 year old got so sick to her stomach! In the bathroom in and out until 4 am and now it’s next day she’s feeling bad but the sickness stopppd a lil I have called them and I have been a wait for ever and still no response back. Please be careful afternoon/dinner ordering food there. I THOUGHT IF I CALLED AND TOLD THEM THEY WOULD STLEAST CARE BUT THEY DIDNT JUST KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER RETURNED!!!!

Received the the worst customer service ever. Ordered honey BBQ wings after complaining about the quality of the food and wanting money refunded said they couldn’t bc it was an online order didn’t even offer to make it again. There reasoning the wings looked that way is bc the manager told them to only use one pack of BBQ sauce. Will never visit this KFC again. 5 days later still no refund.

I went there for the honey bbq chicken. I also saw they had gizzards and liver, so I wanted to try that too. I order gizzards but quickly realized I ordered the wrong ones bc I don’t like the crunchy texture. I went back and asked if I could changed them to liver and they were very understanding. They made me fresh liver and it was AMAZING! I haven’t had fried liver that tasted that great in a while. I really appreciate the manager and staff there and I definitely recommend coming to this location for fresh food, quick service, and a friendly atmosphere. Top tier kfc location!

Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC every single time I’ve given it a chance. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The service is extremely slow on multiple occasions, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. The staff have terrible attitudes, act like you’re an inconvenience, and are even rude to each other right in front of customers. More than once, they’ve intentionally changed my order based on what they have available without telling me, so I only find out when I get home and open the bag. On top of that, my orders are frequently missing items, which is beyond frustrating.
The store is dirty, the lobby is messy, and the bathrooms are gross and clearly not cleaned regularly. The whole place feels disorganized—no one seems to know what they’re doing, and nobody seems to care.
I’m done giving this location chances. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Every time I come to this location, it takes more than 30 minutes to get my food. They never have chicken ready. They have order accuracy issues. This time they burned our chicken and fries.
