There was some confusion with the order coming out as a cheese pizza which was offered as a solution in lieu of waiting 10 minutes on pepperoni and although we waited the 10 minutes, we got home to a cheese pizza but the company in turn was worth the time-spent engaging in Convo with Dawn who helped me in getting an application and understanding more about Little Caesars.

The pepperoni pizza was so greasy we couldn’t eat it. Grease was dripping off the top and the bottom was soaked. I called and spoke with the general manager Ash, and he told me that it was normal, pepperoni is greasy. His name was on the box so he made it, knew it was not up to there standards but still let it leave the store. The pizza was not even close to the quality you usually have and the customer service sure could use some work too.

Their food is typically pretty good, there were two times it wasn’t up to par–extra most bestest sausage did not have extra and the other time I felt the pizza could’ve benefited from a little more time in the oven. However, it was an ungodly busy Friday night right before a snow storm was due to hit and they were in the weeds pretty bad. Neither of these things were that serious and they comped our next pizza. Their staff is always helpful and friendly and the last time I asked why their thin crust was more expensive than regular crust. I’m not gonna spoil it, you should go there on your own one night when Ash is working. He’ll bring out demonstrations.

Very disappointed. My husband and I stopped in tonight and ordered 2 pizzas and an order off crazy bread. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone asked us what our order was. We told them the name on our order. They got the order ready and handed it to us. One of the pizzas had somebody elses name on it and was not what we ordered. As I tried to grab a slice of pizza, the crust tore off. The crust was so thin that it destroyed the slice of pizza and is stuck to the box. I couldnt even pick it up and had to eat it with a fork. Called the store to inform them that we got the wrong pizza and waited on hold for 10 minutes before just hanging up. I understand they are short staffed, but these mistakes were avoidable.
