It’s not artisanal pizza, but for the price, you simply cannot beat the value. The few times I’ve stopped by, the service has been exactly what it needs to be: fast, polite, and they always get the job done efficiently. They’re a fast-food joint, and they execute that role perfectly. Big shoutout for their annual Veterans Day promotions, too. Great company, great value. Five stars.

I came in to order 2 pizzas, 2 drinks and a bag of garlic bread. Waited more than 20 minutes. Many people came in to order as well and it was packed inside to the point where some people had to stand up and wait for their order as well. I also realized that the girl working behind the counters to prep the food did not wear hair nets or gloves.

When I went to get my order it was missing the cheese in the take out box. Took a few minuets and having to call out “hello” and still no one came out until it was able to flag someone in the back. The gave me ice cold cheese dip and said there was no way to have it warm and that’s the way it comes. I have never had it come cold at other locations. When I asked for a refund on the cheese they said they could not because its was on the app. Staff were not friendly or helpful at this location. The manager was the one that said they wouldn’t do anything about it and the app has no way to get my money back or request an issue.

They put way too much salt on the pretzel pizzas. You can ruin a pizza by adding too much salt. Better to just leave it off and people can add their own salt if they want it. Also very greasy.

The pizza and crazy bread that I ordered from the app was barely cooked thoroughly. Slightly warm. Definitely not hot and ready. This was a pizza I ordered ahead of time and was there to pick up as soon as I received the notification that it was ready. I had to put both the pizza and crazy bread into my oven once I got home because it was not edible and cold the way I received it from the store. I really shouldn’t have to finish cooking my pizza when I get home. If I wanted that, I would have grabbed a pizza from papa Murphy’s.

It’s a little Caesars. You go here for a cheap pizza, not artisanal wood fired aged cheese fancy pizza. We all know what a little Caesars is. It’s cheap pizza.
It’s got high turn over for staff. I’m sure they don’t make much, and I don’t expect much. They haven’t screwed my order up, I’ve consistently gotten a little Caesars pizza that tasted like it should, and this one is better than the one by my house, so it gets high marks from me.
I think people need to lower their expectations of the place and enjoy it for what it is. Ok pizza, for an ok price.

Well, I wish I could say something better than what I’m about to type. This store, during the pandemic and currently, has really taken a turn for the worse. I ordered online for a 1:15 pickup, lunch combo. I get there around 1:20 to be told it’s not made yet. The agent literally pulled my orders ticket out of the printer when I got here. That’s not all, looking at their heaters: they have nothing on display for hot n ready pizzas, cheesy bread or crazy bread. I give 2 stars because despite these facts: the pizza and what they offer is still rather tasty. They need a system that doesn’t stop making noise when an order comes in, they need more staff (like all places) and lastly a manager who is attentive. One of the worst locations, stay away. I’ve ordered here so many times and given them so many chances but I’m done. It’s not worth going to this location. They have screwed up my order multiple times and multiple times the pizza, crazy bread or cheese bread is laying in a puddle of grease, nasty. The last time I ordered, they gave me the wrong pizza, had to drive back to get a replacement and then got home to find out the second pizza they gave me was raw and not even cooked all the way. Even that one was in a puddle of grease. Save your money for a place that shows pride in what they make. This place clearly doesn’t care.
