NEWS FLASH: Gotta spend $15+ for delivery even when it says they failed you? They fail you again… needless to say but will anyways: never again would I or most others spend that with you. Always disappointed in Dominos ANYWHERE Ive ordered. This a company problem, folks. Usually all careless teens in there, shoulda expected it. Even Papa Johns up road blows this place away. Imagine not having the intelligence to 1 cook your toppings right ruining a pizza and 2: being such a customer service lacking manager you waste peoples timr even more with the same thing.

This is the last time I will use this place. Everytime we order ANYTHING it is screwed up. Ordered Vegetarian Pasta, it had meat. My pizza was burnt. I am tired of giving this place chances to improve. They did however, say they would refund our money back into our account. We shall see!!

Placed a pick up order for six pizzas. When I went inside to pick them up, both employees were not wearing gloves while sprinkling cheese and other ingredients onto the pizzas. When I caught one of their attention he wiped his shredded cheese hand on his apron, handed me my pizzas, and went back to his station to continue adding ingredients to whatever pizza he was making. Not only that but they forgot to add toppings to one of my pizzas.

I don’t know what about me looked so dangerous, but I go in here late at night, doc martens on with a flower-patterned skirt to throw away some trash. There’s two white women ordering, I open the door and simply step inside to throw away my trash. Some purple/some kind of dyed hair girl asks them “Is she with you all? Oh she’s just using the trashcan, just making sure everything is good”. Does she ask everyone who comes in if she’s with other people? Why in the world would it not be good? Because I’m brown? Felt very much racist to me, so disrespectful and completely out of line. Even felt confrontational, very unprofessional at best, racially charged at worse.

I ordered my food at 9:26. At 10:39 I called the store, it took another 20 minutes to get my food. Whomever I spoke with said the deliveries were running anywhere from 1-2 hours. The guy did void my payment, but I seriously just ordered chicken and a salad, and this is how it showed up. The bag and box also wreak of cigarette smoke. I’ve been ignoring the crappiness for the last 6+ months or so, because the store used to be good, but this is too much. Hopefully things will turn around, but they have probably lost a customer for good.
