I’ve never left a review before, I just stopped in to see if there was any pizzas made. There was a few, got a sausage pizza. Absolutely terrible, I should’ve asked to see it before I bought it, crust is burnt. It’s dried out and most definitely was not fresh. Really used to like getting pizza from here occasionally, but now it’s far and few between and food is always worse than the last time. I’ll remind myself of that next time I think of stopping. Place has gone downhill.

Ordered pizza on-line like we usually do. 2 pizzas one stuffed crust one normal. Get home(15 minute drive) and stuffed crust isn’t stuffed, just regular crust. Called store and was told that I would have to bring it in for proof, didn’t believe me. Wanna drive an extra 30 minutes to fix your problem, not likely. So we will not support this store for at least 6 months.

Ordered a large stuff crust pizza with light sauce since they usually load it, I guess that means a few drops here and there. Ordered a zesty cheese bread light sauce since again last few times I ordered it and felt like I was eating more sauce then bread. Same thing once again. Went back in there calm as can be and said he like look and got screamed at by an old man named Brad. Not a very friendly place might need anger management classes.

We have been coming up to Waupaca for many years and used to have a great experience with this place, but I am not sure what has happened. One month ago I called and was told almost 2 hour wait- which I thought was strange- I was told their online orders were jamming them up. I did not place the order- today I called 45 early to give them time- but not to be- when I got there, they had not even put the pizza in the oven. It seems they have a hard time keeping employees( only had 2). It is just sad- what used to be a good pizza place- has now go way downhill

Always on top of things here. Fast and friendly. Let’s be honest, these are cheap pizzas made fresh and they’re pretty decent. These aren’t meant to be gourmet, top of the line pizzas. At the prices they charge, They can’t put extra layers of cheese or tons of toppings… But I don’t think I’ve ever received a burnt pizza from them. I’ve also never had to wait an extremely long time and I’ve never had an employee treat me badly. If I’m ever having a terrible day and I run out of time, I know I can cheer my kids up by ordering a pizza and it’ll be easy to swing in and pick up. And the sizes are really good!
Oh! and the bread sticks…actually way better than other places!
It would be awesome if (since Little Caesars doesn’t burn their crust) They would come out with a breakfast pizza! But I’ll take what I can get!

Worst pizza I’ve ever had I usually try not to leave bad reviews but the pizza wasn’t cut properly and was so soggy and undercooked it fell apart at the slightest touch very disappointed

This place used to be so good. Now i ordered on the portal. Had to wait, which was fine for me since i anticipated it would be fresh & worth the wait. It was far from.. raw pizza, raw breadsticks, and my cheese bread was smashed all over the inside of the box like someone had dropped it. $40 Im just gonna keep next time

Usually I don’t have any trouble. However today I placed an order online for my son to pickup while he was in town. He went in and gave them his name and the person behind the counter told him he needed a code to get our pizzas to which he told them he didn’t have one. The guy pulled the pizzas out and threw them on the counter giving my son a hard time about not having a code. 15 minute drive home later as he drives in the driveway the code comes through. Worst part is he thinks it was a manager. Also the last 10 times I have done this they have NEVER actually put my food in the portal anyway.
