This place needs to be closed for a few days, totally cleaned with acid wash and move everything and clean under everything because it’s really not clean. And the walls have nasty grime all over them. They also need to be cleaned. From top to bottom this place needs a thorough cleaning and it will feel so much better for everyone to go in there. The workers are usually kind. Not complaints there as of now, just the cleanliness is terrible.

I ordered and was told it would be ready in an hour. When I got there just over an hour later they didn’t even have my order. I had to wait while they finally made it. I didn’t really care about the hour wait time but to have to wait even longer because they didn’t even have it was a little disappointing.

So everytime we come in, it’s the same guy working the counter. Short, glasses, not very friendly. Talks rudely to the customers but everyone else is super nice. My review would be a 5 star if you would switch your counter person. He’s not suited to deal with customers.

Service was horrible. we called ahead to make sure they had a cheese pizza, and breadsticks were told yes. We got there, and apparently, the pizza was in the oven, and we had to wait. Even though we were told they had some ready to go. Then we had to repeatedly tell the one gentleman what the name was under at least 5 times. What happened to hot n ready pizza

I was fumbling in my wallet and couldn’t find all my cash. I was 2.00 short so Josh the counter guy pulled money from his wallet. I Thanked him kindly and explained I appreciated the gesture and gave him my debuit card to use instead explaining I didn’t have enough cash on me but I had money..I thought that was very sweet. Need more people like him in this world

I got a pepperoni pizza and I got to my car and look at it and it was super thin and dark and nasty looking, like it was sitting for a while. I went back in and ask a girl with dark hair politely for a new pizza and she went and got her “general manager” he was a bigger dude and he told me there’s nothing wrong with pizza and that I’m not getting a new one.

They were rude on the phone, regardless, they were very busy and I totally understand the frustration. Aside from that, I found either pubic hair OR beard hair in my pizza. Not just one, but several. Was it a prank as frustrated employees? Or do they need “hair nets” for bearded faces. I even gave them a 10$ tip cuz I know how it feels to be swamped. I’m just disgusted. Can def be better.

I have not met a Little Caesars pizza I didn’t like. My affection is decades old now, back to when you would get two pizzas wrapped together… truly where their “pizza, pizza” slogan originates. Not expensive either. You will not really want to dine in at this location.
