This location had a cashier that didn’t seem to have any service flow. My son was told that he would not be able to order food if he paid in cash because they didn’t have 5s 10s 1s and quarters. This location is almost kitty corner from a major bank. They didn’t even care that someone couldn’t order. He just muttered something about how someone was going to run and get change. We left and came back and they STILL didn’t have change and turned him away.
They had 0 pizzas hot and ready and we were told 10 to 15 minutes for pizza. We paid and returned more than 30 minutes later for basic pepperoni, cheese, and sausage pizza and no pizza was ready. After waiting even more, we got pizza that had nearly half of it empty of toppings and burnt crusts.
This location is pathetic when it comes to service as well as quality.

We just ordered pizza online and the lady working was super rude when my wife walked in to grab the pizzas from the pizza locker. Her code wouldn’t work and the lady raised her voice to my wife and asked her what do you want? She was slamming things around and not polite! We understand its busy and its New Year’s Day but you should never treat your customers like that! Prayers fir the lady that was having such a bad day!

Gonna be honest I come here a lot and most of the staff is chill but not today. This is the 2nd time ordering the “old world fanceroni pepperoni” I even asked for them to make it like the picture advertised. Seriously dissappointing that theyre so stingy with pepperoni.

Our order said it was ready and we go there and they hand us the wrong food out the box and then turns out the rest of our order isn’t ready. So we have to sit here and wait till our food is done while the other half of our food is sitting getting cold. Not happy when you spend $30 to get half cold food. 2 people with bucket hats working at 6pm they need to put down the devils lettuce and stop smoking and do their job.

The food was cold. I had to wait 30 minutes for a pizza because they ran out of hot and ready. The cashier had no idea what they were doing and were impolite to me, even with a compliment. The food is almost as cold as the people but I think the workers win this. No smiles, slow service, poor management. I don’t blame them for being paid so low (shame on this company). The crowded area just made it worse.
