This was the worst little Caesar’s experience ever. I wish I could give them zero stars. Went to the menomonie wi location to order a sausage stuffed crust pizza and a pepperoni one. No one acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes. Even tho they were near the front making pizzas. Not even a hello and we’ll be right with you. I placed my order then drove around for like 5-10 minutes. Came back and picked it up. Gave them a tip. Wish I hadn’t. Why do places ask for it up front? Never will do it again..my fault. I live about 30 min away. We got home and the sausage was burnt!! The sauce had dried up and it was terrible. I wrote up a survey and asked for my money back and of course they don’t care cuz I have never heard from them. Don’t go to this location. They truly don’t care if they serve a burnt pizza.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had any food from this establishment in my entire almost 50 years on earth. I was given a coupon for a pizza and another coupon for crazy bread. I chose sausage pizza upon the employee’s suggestion when I asked whether sausage or pepperoni was better. I also got crazy bread – was asked if I wanted marinara sauce or cheese sauce. When I realized it was liquid nacho cheese type sauce, I chose marinara. Instantly the items (pizza, crazy bread and marinara sauce) appeared on the counter. Didn’t see it being brought from the warming oven. Ate one piece of the pizza. Wasn’t steaming hot or anything great. Crazy bread was yummy until I realized the marinara was cold. Not hot, not warm, not refrigerated cold, but cold. Wasn’t turning back as I was already on the highway – but every dipped bite I cringed and wished it was hot. I would like to try the stuffed cheese crust I saw advertised in the window though.

EVERY time I have order here it has taken over 30 mins to make my order. I placed an online order in advance this time to try to get ahead since I was in a time crunch and after 15 mins of waiting in my car for the tracker to advance to “in the oven,” I went inside to check on it. The man at the counter said, “oh, yeah, we can get started on that.” ….like what???? Absolutely absurd.

Ordered for graduation party. Order was messed up, went to store and they could not find receipt in the system. Dustin, the manager, remade whole order for us!! Excellent customer service, very understanding, and sympathetic ave kinda easy in the eyes!! Highly recommend checking it out while he’s there!! You won’t be disappointed!!

We ordered 2 pizzas and zesty cheese bread with marinara and cheese sauce from here…it took almost an hour for them to make them One normal pepperoni and a pretzel crust pepperoni, they put crazy bread on the order so we took it but didn’t order it… I was not impressed when I got home, we didn’t get the pretzel bread pizza the only reason we went to this place. People there are unfriendly probably won’t go back.

Ordered ahead and it was ready when I got there. Pizza was delicious and that was a pleasant surprise. I had not eaten little Caesars pizza in over 10 years. Last time it was not good at all. They have changed the ingredients since then. I highly recommend their pizza.

There is one specific employee that is absolutely terrible. She’s the one with the black curly hair that looks like she uses an entire bottle of hairspray. Only way I can describe what she looks like. Anyway twice now I’ve done to get pizza and it’s been done waiting in the warmer. The one behind the counter. Not the one the customers use. She has told me it’s not yet done when it’s actually been done waiting for me to pick it up. The first time this has happened I sat for 20 minutes until she said I did t realize it was already done. Unacceptable. She’s very rude in every aspect
