Probably the worst Little Caesars in Milwaukee. They take forever and don’t even give you all your food and have the worst attitudes. THEY Wouldn’t EVEN GIVE ME THE SAUCE I PAID FOR. In this picture I ordered 6 items and only got two of them. That’s ridiculous. Love little Caesars but this location has been absolutely terrible every time I order from here. Hate that this is the closest one to me. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 630-635. Didn’t get the pizza until 7. I get it, it was busy. But the pizza barely had sauce on it. What really bothered me was the crazy bread, usually my favorite part. The crazy bread was in odd shapes, some doughy and drenched in garlic sauce, have never had crazy bread drenched in sauce. So much sauce I thought it was cheese. We asked if we could get new crazy bread, they refused and said they all are like that. Have never had crazy bread look or taste like this. Disgusting and staff was not helpful to anyone waiting for their food.

Shut this location down ASAP! Why even come to work to serve the food you’re going to serve? People have children they wanna feed when they get off from a long day of work and not wait a hour and 45 mins for a company that advertises hot and ready pizza. On top of the horrible customer service and lack of cooking skills. I will be calling corporate this is my 3rd horrible experience at this location and I should’ve never went back after the 1st one. And to the people making the food I understand yall are short staffed ima chef myself so I know how it is but would you wanna eat the food you serve customers? Nah didn’t think so. Do better!

Ive gone here a few times and every time is an absolute disaster. I order a pizza online, Ill get a notification that the pizza is ready on my phone, go to the store to pick it up, then get told “Your pizza isnt ready yet, itll be 30 mins”
45 mins later Im walking out with a lukewarm pizza. It feels like a waste of time. Why even have online services when they dont get used? Little Ceasars is supposed to be a quick and easy experience, but this is the exact opposite.

Manager and workers are terrible! Order was placed online at 10:30 am, paid and ready for pick up by 12:30-12:35pm it stated. Went to get food, they said they didn’t get the order nor was trying to locate it. My pick up person left after trying for THIRTY MINUTES TO MAKE SENSE OF WHAT HAPPENED. Had my reference number and order number. I get an email saying it’s READY THIRTY MINUTES LATER. I LEAVE work to pick up. Get in store, ppl are everywhere and NO one is being served (exactly what I heard on the phone when we were waiting the first time). Not trying to help, didn’t help and stated they not making me 6 pizzas because they don’t have “dough”. Idk what they were making then because they had flour on their shirts. I asked for a refund, cashier stated “she” don’t to refunds referring to the broken English manager. “She” was rude form what I saw (no interaction with her only with the supposed “cashier”. It was for my students, and this location needs to be shut down. I called customer service this was made for the public to be made aware.

Absolutely horrible. I haven’t even gotten my food yet. I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for my food and every single time I get a dasher assigned they cancel because of how long its taking. I tried to get in contact with the store but since they use third party delivery service, all their phone number does is redirect you to the third party which is entirely unable to help. Never in my life have heard of waiting two hours for pizza.

Kayla did an amazing job. This is by far my favorite little Caesars to come to in the area just based off her vibes alone! Definitely need to hire more just like her. You can feel her energy just uplift you as soon as you walk in the door. 10/10

Let’s talk about how it works inside that pizzeria. The service is completely miserable. That’s stealing money for a service that doesn’t work with the regulations. Hygiene in that kitchen is disgusting. They do not clean or use food products properly. The trays are full of mold and not to mention the preparation service. This establishment should be inspected by the food and health department as this many fast food establishment.
