This place was the absolute best! As soon as you walk in, it’s like stepping into a malt shop back in the day with oldies music filling the room. The food is delicious and served hot and tasty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with piping hot tater tots while my husband had a footlong all the way and even tried the melty toasted pimento cheese sandwich which was very good. Afterwards we had generous portions of ice cream, but it was so hard to narrow down what to get with so many choices. The staff was super friendly and kept the floors and tables squeaky clean. I highly recommend stopping at CF Jones for delicious food and nostalgia.

Neat place to eat. Would’ve been a better experience if the staff was nicer. Pricing isn’t to bad for what you get. Not so clean booths (see pics) and floors. Food was good. Ice cream was great, again staff needs to be more friendly and this place would be great. When you have to say “thank you” first you aren’t really being appreciated as a customer and someone who helps keep you employed. Plenty of parking and easily accessible.

Wow, I can not believe I didn’t write a review for this place. I ate here multiple times with family in June in North Carolina. I also don’t understand why it has an overall 2 1/2 rating on yelp.
When I first came here, we talked to a lady. I could be wrong that I had worked here for 30 years I could be wrong about this, but I was like, wow, that is a long time.
So I can’t tell you about the food, but I had ice cream all three times, which was fantastic.
I am coming back in December and can’t wait to return here.

Prices good, quality ok, except … I ordered 3 hot dogs with chili and extra onion. I doubt they would be proud of this. It’s almost naked.

I very much love the sort of 1950’s diner aesthetic of this place!
There were 28 different flavors of ice cream, and there was no shortage on the variety of flavors!
I do feel like the size of my burger was rather small.
They do get points for a well maintained bathroom though!

Waited way too long for just a milkshake. There were three people in the front moving super slow and talking, while one guy in the back looked like he was doing everything. It shouldn’t take that long for such a small order. Really disappointing service.

I absolutely have nothing but Wonderful things to say about CF Jones, Weather im getting hot food or cold food or some desserts, Its Always Great…. My most recent Visit has made all the others look bad, The Young Lady that took our order was beyond happy to be there, and was extremely GREAT at her Job, She greeted us with a smile and kept it on our faces until way after we had left… Bc of the Great Food and The Fantastic Customer Service from that Young Lady, we will be back once again. Im sure the young ladies name was Aujahane, Such a Beautiful name and a Beautiful Young Lady, With the Best Sprit and Attitude Ever… Thanks CF Jones and AUJAHANE.. You made our Week Dear..
