Food was okay at best but service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! people are rude and clearly don’t want to be there. They make you feel guilty for placing an order, especially if it’s anything more than a hot and ready. Whomever owns this place really needs to do something about it! This is not a one off, it happens almost every Sunday! If it wasn’t what my grandpa wanted I would have stopped going there years ago!

Ordered ahead, came when we were told it would be ready, sat at the pick-up window for 25 minutes, NO ONE came to even tell us to wait. Didn’t want to bother waiting any longer so we left. They knew there was a literal line of like 5 cars waiting and still nothing. Horrible service, and good food isn’t gonna excuse that.

The past few nights lobby had been closed so when I go thru the window to order I get rudely rushed and told they can’t do a half and half pizza but he clearly lied to me bc I can do half and half online and go pick it up he just didn’t wanna make it. then made me pull forward to wait for my food but tonight I go through to pick my online order I placed ahead of time and I’m sitting waiting on this car ahead of me for 10+ minutes I don’t understand why they weren’t pulled ahead???

The Gentleman that was at the window today which is August 15 I placed my order online to be ready for 130. He was extremely pleasant. There was no wait time. He was just an all-around great guy for the window. He’s got great customer service and great manners. He did an outstanding job. Please give him a pad on the back. Our food was hot. The price was fabulous and it was all around. Great experience myself, and my grandchildren are very pleased. our order was exactly how we wanted it. Thank you so much to that gentleman at the window.

Ordered online. They happily took my money. When I arrived the doors were looked and my order was inaccessible. Banging on the door finally got a response. They claimed my order was almost done, then done but I couldn’t have it, then that it never got into their system. The only competent employee there was a super sweet 15 year old working with 2 rude and creepy guys one of whom swore at me when I explained I didn’t want to wait an additional 10 minutes.

Do you like waiting at the drive through window for 15 mins while no employee acknowledging your existence? You can bang on the window all you want and the front door is always locked.
“Hot and ready” if you like waiting 20 mins for an order you already paid for and MAYBE you will get an employees attention.

Every time I go, I’m disappointed with something and today was the final straw. Went to pick up an order and waited at the window for 10 mins while workers walked around. I knocked on the window, nothing, honked, nothing. Drove around to go inside and when I left, someone went to take care of the person behind me. When I went in and finally got help, I tried to tell them nicely that I was waiting at the window and no one came, they didn’t care and just cut me off asking what I wanted to order. I told them I was there just to pick up. I got my food and left. Got home and my order was wrong and the bread sticks were barely cooked. I’m done going there.
