I called the restaurant immediately to explain the mistake. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or show any level of customer care, I was told that the order “came up as cheese” and that I must have clicked the wrong button—so they weren’t going to do anything about it.
Whether the error happened on my end or theirs, good customer service means taking care of the customer, especially when a significant amount of money is involved. There was zero effort to offer a remake, credit, or even a reasonable solution.
Mistakes happen. How a business handles them is what matters—and this location chose to do nothing. As a result, they’ve lost a customer. I won’t be ordering from here again.
You get what you pay for
Fast service but not the best pizza around
