This location uses Doordash to handle deliveries. Our Doordash driver never showed and went ghost. Of course I was frustrated about not getting my food, however, I spoke to the manager Conner, who was more than accommodating! He refunded the full order price and tip and gave us our meal. He is great, and should be recongnized for his amazing customer service and managing skills. I will return to this location, based solely on our experience with the in-store staff. The pizza and breadsticks were also great!

Absolutely ridiculous for it to take over 40 minutes for pizza to be delivered 4 miles. ( App said it was on the road at 1202 ). Food cold!!!! No time to drive up to store for replacement due to closing time. Im sure store did its job on preparing the pizza but driver took forever and judging by tracking info had no idea how to get around town. So Door Dash driver has cost you a few customers. Residents not a tourists. Review probably wont get noticed by anyone important but its worth a shot.*** In response to your response the 40 minutes is the driver time from store pickup to my door not total time. I know you have to make the pizza that time is not included ***
