I guess hot n ready is only when the particular Little Caesars makes sure they have some. Look at my profile. I don’t give bad reviews unless they deserve it. Well I call my order in. Simply 2 orders of Italian cheese bread. When I got there I added a hot n ready that was not hot n ready. They had the cheese bread ready but not a single hot n ready. Ok I’ll wait the 10 min. Still not a big deal. I go back in 10 min later for it to not even be put through. She tells meshe is sorry but they got a new system. Well Little Caesars you have failed your employees and customers for not training your associates long enough. Now again I’m not the type of person to leave poor reviews but get it together guys. I left 1 start because once it was ready my cheese bread had been sitting for now almost a half an hour. And my pizza will be fresh… or so I’m hoping.

The worst pizza ever. Undercooked all together but the raw soggy crust put me over the edge. Breadsticks were old, dry, and hard. When I called this location about the pizza being undercooked and thrown in the box – they told me that’s how it’s supposed to be.

This happens when the dough is left out for so long it starts to dry. Instead of throwing it out like the should have they decided to cooked it up and sell it to me anyway. It was rock hard. Y’all can eat this. I’m not.

It’s Little Ceasars. You know what you’re getting. This location however no one seems to ever want to help anyone, and mostly ignore customers. And this last time they messed up my order. Not worth telling anyone as they probably wouldn’t care here. It’s tasty when does right. But….. yeah. Can’t rate this place any higher. It’s cheap food for cheap prices.

The food was fine, but it wasn’t hot and ready. Both of the items that we ordered were supposed to be hot and ready according to the menu. Additionally, there were five other people waiting in the lobby that accounted for four additional orders that were also not hot and ready. we arrived around 6:10 PM so they should’ve had plenty of pizzas ready to go at that time

Asked for extra butter and Parmesan cheese on my breadsticks and they did not give me extra. I paid for extra. Employees simply do not listen or care about customer’s orders and food. The manager was terrible and super disrespectful.
