I’ve been trying to contact you guys all day, and i keep getting hung up on. I didn’t want to bring my issue to the review section, but idk who to talk to. But honestly, I am tired of spending money with you guys, and my order is almost always wrong. And my food isn’t always done. It didn’t use to be like this when i ordered. It’s just been this way lately. I’m not trying to make you guys look bad . I just want my food right thats all. I mean, regardless if it’s not much.. I still paid for it. The first 2 times, i kinda let it go. But now i have to say something . Especially because my family wasn’t able to eat the food. It was that bad. Hopefully, someone can get back to me. I would really appreciate it , thanks.

Employees seem to want to spend more time on their phone you’re hot and redies are literally 15 minutes wait time not the first time I encountered this, I have waited up to 45 minutes before. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re stealing from the store you might want to look into that I would have gave zero Stars .
I’m still a fan of the Pizza but unfortunately I did not find it there or the one off of Laketon they are lazy people. I will not be returning anytime soon that is for sure good luck keeping the business alive.

I have come here several times, and each time it gets worse, but this was the last time. I ordered online at 4:50, on a Tuesday and got there at 5:25, 10 minutes after I was told it’d be ready. After standing around in the lobby with several people who were also ignored for 10 minutes someone finally showed up at the front counter. At about 5:45 I was told my order had to be remade… an hour after I ordered it. I was told it’d only be 8 minutes so I said “Thats fine” and waited. And waited. I walked out with my pizza at 6pm.
I’m not sure however what was worse, the wait, or the fact that not only was I not offered anything for waiting AN HOUR, but I wasnt even told sorry. I wasnt even told to have a nice day. Just handed my pizza, and ignored.
This store needs help. Desperately.
Bonus fun fact, I was standing around long enough to hear one person tell a customer they were out of Cheesy Jalapeño dip, and after they left, someone else handed 4 of them to someone the guy seemed to know. Only for another person to come in a few minutes later and be told they were out. So thats pretty cool.

Very poorly managed store. Managers car was parked to block drive thru window. So many customers in store had to wait outside. Asked if my order was correct on phone when I ordered 2 sets of wings and was told yes there are 2 wings on order. After waiting 15 mins beyond time order was supposed to be done I was given one order of wings. Management made zero effort to correct anything about the order. Food is overcooked and dry

I’ve ordered here quite a few times in the last few months and my order is either wrong, missing items, or I have to wait way past the expected time.
Food is fair at best. Many times my crazy bread is covered in black stuff, which sucks because I love crazy bread and it’s great at other LCs.
It’s definitely fast food pizza, but not very fast.

I got there to pick up my order after lobby closed, which was a surprise because the sign on the door said they were open until 10. No big deal, except the employee cleaning just watched me knock on the door for 5 minutes before pointing to the drive through. At this point, still no big deal.
I pull around and tell her my pizza is in the portal, and I can’t get it because lobby is locked. She asked me to speak up, and when I raised my voice, she just screamed NOPE in my face and left the window. Totally unacceptable behavior.

This location is usually pretty decent for me, but after seeing all these bad reviews, I get it. Today I received the worst pizza from any pizza place in my life. The crust was all weird and dry and seemed like my pizza was dropped in the oven or something (black marks and cut up crust). The crust was about half of the pizza. Only the middle had “pizza” and it was quite gross. I could hear the woman making my pizza yelling from the back that “It’s not done! She’ll get her pizza when it’s done!” It was very rude and unprofessional, especially when I arrived ten minutes past the pickup time and it still wasn’t done for 10 more minutes. I should have looked at it before leaving, but I did not. This location used to be really good, but whoever has been working there the past few months shouldn’t be working there anymore.

What is happening at this store? Horrible service, horrible cold pizza, doughy cheese sticks, missing brownies we ordered, waited an hour for our online order, couldn’t call the phone was shut off, arrived to pick up the order and the door was locked had to get let in by another customer that had been waiting for an hour. It will be a long time before I go to this location again. Only two staff working and running there butts off. What in the world. If this is your store I hope your working to improve.

I am appalled by the state of this Little Caesar’s. There needs to be an evaluation done by the GM on the staff at this location. First of all we ordered online, as suggested by the store! Had to wait 20 mins AFTER we got a notification it was ready. Then while I the store we witnessed an employee CURSING at a customer. They made people wait in the lobby over 10 mins, no greeting, very unprofessional. We had initially tried to use the drive though because it was a pick up and oh wow it’s closed?! At a new store?! Mind is baffled!
SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, order Topshelf pizza, way more professional, food is always good, and I promise they don’t curse at you! They are also a local not a chain , WON’T be spending my money here again until everyone is fired or retrained.
