i ordered a large pizza, crazy twists and italian bread and NONE of it was cooked, let alone you can’t reach a manager to let them know because the never answer the phone. absolute dissatisfaction and disappointment

The staff at the Marshall Little Caesars are super nice and respectful. They always greet you with a smile and get your order out fast. It’s clear they actually care about the customers.
The food here is honestly great. Everything tastes fresh, and the Crazy Puffs are amazing — seriously, if I could get unlimited puffs, I totally would. Little Caesars never disappoints when it comes to their pizza either.

Got crazy bread (not fully cooked and had nothing on it no flavor) just a cut up crust
The pizza was hot but not worth what I paid for the new crazy crust, was suppose to be extra pepperoni and cheese and I got what looks like a hot n ready, just a little parm cheese through in the box

Went to drive thru sat for 10 minutes straight with my brother 9pm on January 9 2026 and didn’t even receive so much as a glance towards the drive thru window management needs to step in towards the night shift and rid of these dumb teenagers it’s ridiculous It used to be wonderful until these teenagers gets jobs who don’t care about nothing else but chitty chat through work hours I counted 5 total employees on this night MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP ASAP!!!!!

The pizza was still doughy and not cooks and so was the crazy bread. Cashier who ring us up lied and said they don’t make a Detroit style supreme pizza went on their website and on their board it says they do.

What a wait for fresh pizza and cheese bread. The bread came out of the window with a lake of butter. Very disappointed in the pizza. We started opting out of the regular bread sticks after the third time of getting squished, hard rolled, bread strips.

Staff is very disrespectful. Ordered a “hot an ready” made me wait 30mins no joke. Had to pull back up and got a ton of attitude when i asked for a refund. I was respectful but they took it the wrong way. Even if you order on the app you will still have to wait. Hands down the worst pizza joint ive ever been too.

All I wanted was a hot piece of pizza you know the hot and ready.
So apparently I should have checked before we left. Because we get home and our pizza looks like it’s been sitting for hours. There was hardly any sauce. The cheese was very shriveled, looking and dry, and the crossed was harder than a baseball that could break windows. I don’t know what they do, but they’re clearly not checking on their pizzas and they should not be serving this..
I will say when I have visited during lunch hours. The pizza has been great. So apparently the night crew they need to be retrained maybe take a Serv safe course.

My husband picked up pizza after work tonight. Got home and the pretzel pizza was so overcooked the crust was a dark brown color, dry and crunchy. No cheese sauce to speak of and the pizza was just horrible. Not even worth keeping the leftovers. We often order wings and this time there was literally minimal sauce so we had to add additional at home, usually there’s tons of sauce and they’re good but not today. The only good part of the meal was the Italian cheese bread. Next time we’ll try Charlotte, we won’t be going back to the Marshall location. Tried to call and let them know, but of course no answer as usual.
