A bunch of people who don’t want to work. Came at 10 and the whole crew ignored us and laughed liked we couldn’t hear them on the other side. Then stood in the front and watched us after they refused to serve us at the window. Then proceeded to serve someone who walked inside. LOL

Ordered a half cheese half pepperoni and most the pepperoni has somehow ended up on the cheese side …. The other half has zero toppings at all. So disappointing! How are you going to serve this to people!

No inside or outside dining. But a great place to pickup a pizza at a low price. If they mess up the order you usually get it remade and keep both pizzas. Very generous kind young adults work here. I like the personal pan pizzas 2 pizzas with 3 toppings each also with a drink comes about $18 bucks. Or you could split a hot and ready for $7 bucks. Not a hard choice.

It would be really cool if you guys could staff this place with more than 1-2 people. Waiting 30+ minutes for a pepperoni pizza is insane (not trying to rag on college kids). Your whole thing is “hot n ready”. The only thing hot and ready is me right now sitting in this parking lot with the Michigan game on lol

They need some team building exercises in here. Three workers in the back, one up front- 10+ minute wait to talk to the cashier. No one in the back came up to help with the 7-9 people waiting in the lobby.

I was told it’ll be a 30 minute wait on crazy puffs at 5pm. This is ridiculous and unorganized. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for food that is advertised throughout the store.

I have been stuck in this line for ten minutes with two people ahead of me and I still have not been able to order. Seems they take your order, take your payment, cook your order, then you are free to go. Only then will they take the next persons order.
No one ahead of me now and they still are not taking my order. 15 minutes now…

…After saying hello to the box she said she’d be with me in a moment. No one in front of me for 5 minutes now. She asked me to come to the window and, this part isn’t their fault, said it would be 15 minutes for the pizza I wanted. I left and got Qdobas in 10 minutes from the line to getting in my car.
