Service was exceptional! Only one employee and we stopped after the Mason game was called on our way home before they closed. He was exceptionally polite and still took our order when honestly he would have had the full right to close down. Truly the best service and quality food we’ve had in a long time. Though even during normal times we’ve always had a positive experience here.

I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told it was going to take 30 minutes to make 4 hot and ready pizzas. I’m fairly certain Caesars doesn’t even make their dough in the store, so I’m not sure how it could possibly take that long. The employee I had the displeasure of speaking to was rude, to boot. Staff your store properly.

3 stars and trending downward. Too bad, this used to be a good one. 1) Lunch pizza combos don’t seem fresh anymore. 2) They never have a selection of drinks, today was lemonade or nothing! How do you run out of soft drinks !!!!??? 3) They charge deposit for non- carbonated drinks, which I believe is against the law. I suspect some other sketchy financials are at play here if you looked at their books.

No option for hot and ready pizzas anymore. Order before you leave the house. They wouldn’t sell me a sauce on the side…..said they were running out. I was really hoping the Mason location would be better than the Holt location was. Not worth the drive and the wait in my opinion.

Wait time is Horrible, customer service is horrible, watched several employees coming from smoking and not wash hands and start making pizza. Ask to speak to management got hung up on. I would not suggest this little Caesars at all. Totally disgusting. Didn’t receive food and they act like they don’t know how credit an account for money paid online.

This store is always a disappointment. Everytime I’m like it will be different there is something else that isnt working. Today the system was down. Other days they say there is no pizzas ready. Come on they are called hot’n’ready, they may be hot but they are never ready.

This used to be a great Little Caesar’s location until recently. I’m not sure what happened but WOW did service and quality go downhill FAST! Last two pizzas were raw dough in the middle. Last visit (by last I mean most recent and my final) the employees stood there smoking and conversing 6’ from my car which was waiting in the drive through. They even waived so I know they saw us. Too many other better options within 1/4 mile of here to put up with that poor of service and worse food. I mean it was NASTY!!!

Staff is horrible. 50/50 chance they get an order correct..ordered online Got there after an email said it was ready. Wasn’t in the pizza portal. Had to wait 10 minutes while seeing my order in the warmer. Was ignored and passed over . When I told the person what I thought of him he came From behind the counter to confront me. Not sure if he wanted to fight but it would be the only reason. Anyways bad workers + bad management. Never will go back.
