You cant call in your order. They dont take your call. So many other pizza places out there that want my business. They make it to hard to get pizza. Mabey they need workers that know what they are doing and actually dont take the phone off the the hook.

Been coming to this location for awhile but just had an unreal experience with the worst customer service. All 3 employees tonight made it a point to ignore all the customers while giving them nasty glares. I made a telephone order with one of them named Michelle who said it’d be 25 minutes. I got there and waited for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement but just got glares. One customer got very irate over how the employees were acting towards everyone which I dont blame him (i dont condone the irate customers language however). The employees seem to have zero idea on conflict resolution and added fuel to the point where all the customers in the lobby were shocked, leaving and getting angry. The only guy that was working there was arrogant and being very sarcastic to all of the customers. People were looking at each other in shock by the atmosphere of this place…

Edit: I also find it interesting that the owner only seems to comment on good reviews thanking them. Not even acknowledging the bad reviews. To the owner, I know you are reading this. You have a real problem with your employees attitudes, ability to handle conflict resolution and customer service. And if you dont care, its a good way to lose customers…its that simple.

When you ask for XTRA SAUCE, make sure you tell them over and over and over, because it is obviously “Rocket Science” for some people. Called and was told, “I told my guy xtra sauce…..(silence from us both) sorry about that. ” You guys suck!!!

This store really needs to understand the “Hot n Ready” concept… for the last year or so they never have any Hot n Ready pizzas ready to go. Their excuse is ALWAYS we have been really busy.

We ordered three of the Crazy Puffs, pizza, and crazy bread with sauces from this location. The Crazy Puffs are $4.99 with sauce or $3.99 without. We ordered direct from the website and did not go through a third-party app (Door Dash), but apparently the location uses Door Dash to deliver. Between delivery fees, tipping (which was done at the time of order) and the extra charges for sauces, it was almost a extra $15.00. Our order came with NO sauce for anything. When we called the store the employee took no responsibility for providing all parts of our paid for order and blamed it on the fact that “sauce is by the register.” When we explained the frustration with paying for items not received he got a manager. The sauce issue was minor, but the manager’s response was appalling. Ann made it very clear she had no interest in resolving the situation. She took no responsibility, blamed the third party “app,” had no resolution to offer, and asked what she could possibly do. When she was asked to refund the extra fees for sauce (approximately $5.00) she stated “I absolutely cannot do that.” She then proceeded to shout and claim she had no ability to do anything as the manager of this location. She refused to apologize, to acknowledge the mistake, and was extremely rude and combative. She continued to shout until I had to disconnect the call to end her unprofessional response. As a manager of the location, the bare minimum would have been to apologize for the inconvenience. The “management” skills at this location are extremely deficient. I am shocked at the manager’s response to a very simple issue. I strongly encourage you to find a friendly local pizza place the next time you order – this location’s management is extremely discourteous and willing to take your money, but not deliver what was paid for or even offer a single solution.

Order one pizza and two puffs. Get home and everything is cold and old. Called up to the store to have my order remade at 10:35 they didn’t answer the phone. I fly to the store which closes at 11pm and the door is locked at 10:49 pm. Horrible experience! My first and last time ever ordering at this location!!

We have had too many poor experiences with this location, we will not return. The online ordering system lies to you about the progress of your order. We have had 3 separate orders take over an hour (approximately 2 hours last time, it was NOT ready when the autogenerated email came to me) after being given a 20 minute promise. You are at the mercy of rude staff who are overworked and overwhelmed and simply cannot meet the demand in a reasonable amount of time. If you are lucky and have time to argue or wait for a “remake” hours after you ordered, you will eat a decent pizza.

When ordering through the app, I have had 3 instances where the app wasn’t updated once my order was completed. This confuses me since the app’s instructions were that my order would be updated when it was ready to be picked up in the portal. This location is grossly understaffed. They are unable to provide any customer service at the counter. The young man apologized but also tried to blame my 13 year old for not hearing him call out my order. She stood in the lobby for 30 minutes and watched 5 people be served. Not once did he call my name, and not once did he address her to ask if she had been helped. I’m sure things are quite busy with only 2 staff members but when a customer has been in your lobby for that long, wouldn’t it be obvious they are waiting for their food or at least waiting to place an order? This is the second time the employees have been under so much stress that they are unable to tend to the counter and make food. This experience resulted in lukewarm food and an unnecessary 45-minute wait. I’ll try again when the hiring sign is taken down.

I never had an issue, BUT tonight I did. I worked a long day excited to get pizza. When I brought it home the pizza was not done. All the toppings were falling off barely any cheese and the bottom was uncooked. Very disappointed!
