all these fancy restaurants around and every single one of them were rude and very disrespectful and were not afraid to treat someone with absolute disrespect. but there was one gentleman here that was absolutely delightful and was so very nice and my wife and i made sure he knew that he was very nice and we were very thankful for his kindness and his generosity. thank you

My husband went in for 2 hot n readys because he takes medication and needed something to keep around to eat quickly if needed and was told they only had meat lovers and stuffed crust so he was forced to buy that or nothing. Little Ceasars advertises hot n ready and my kids worked at Little Ceasars for many years when they were teenagers and NEVER did they force someone to pay double what they expected to pay just so they didn’t have to make a new pizza which he would have waited for them to make. And no it wasn’t around closing time so there is no excuse. I would have walked out, but he didn’t want to make a fuss so he allowed them to scam him. It was good though, he enjoyed it.

Customer service at this store is awful. They never keep any hot and ready items on hand during the busy times. They take care of drive through customers even if the customer in lobby is there first. They are not friendly and don’t acknowledge customer when the walk in and wait.

Stopped in real quick with my dad after we got done mowing a lawn. I think it was the first time I tried this location. I think it was great. We came at a non-busy time so we gout our fresh order pretty quick. The food tasted good (I know there is better pizza out there, but not all Little Cesars are equal. They did a great job at this location) and very friendly service.

I ordered via the app for delivery on a Friday. Order was cancelled by Little Caesars, but the charge went through. I called the order help line and was told that they weren’t going to refund my money.
I told them that they will refund me. We’ll see what happens. This is through no fault of the lady that was working there. She didn’t open until 12:30. My order was to be delivered at 12:00. They did not have square pizza dough available. There is no delivery available. The app let me order, psy, snd request delivery.

WAS excellent CHEESY bread Showed up yesterday for a rare treat for a large family Second time in 5 trips We received horrible horrible Pizzas and Italian cheesy bread. All 3 pizzas had no cheese all the way to the outer edge 3 inches. 2 cheesy breads the same. Looked like all 5 orders were set on or stepped on. My 18-year-old son bought it for the family as a treat and I feel horrible for him Took photos Not going to put them up until I hear from corporate There was absolutely no reason for any of this food to walk out the door. The gentleman that handed me the pizza and bread should have never allowed that to leave the back area. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. Second time in 5 trips Last time I was basically mocked For being cheap because I wanted my food replaced. Wasn’t about to be embarrassed again. No exaggeration here These pizzas were a joke To the point I thought it was done on purpose. 3 Large teenage boys And the rest of the kids and my wife and I Only ate 1 and a half pizzas and a quarter of cheesy bread We picked through the best of it Still can’t believe that someone would let that walk out the door and hand that to a customer When he handed me the pizza it was one of those gut feelings now that I have hindsight that something was wrong With food prices and a large family it was a very rare treat And I’m sickened that they handed me that SLOP

Even tho these guys where throwing pies constantly they still were able to be nice and make sure we got what we wanted… The guy who was working expoditing with the red pony tail made sure to greet and send off customers as well as anyone could.. smashed the pizza before I even made it into oscoda. Thanks my dudes. You prevented hangry me.. also the guy throwing the pies in the back was who I delt with first and he also was awesome. The little skinny kid who was there also just kinda existed. Pretty sure he’s new at the game.. also I read most of the other reviews and all I can say is these people giving one star must have never worked in the food industry. And if they did I’m pretty sure no one missed them. If anything I’m pretty sure these one star people are had a party thrown from them.. the day after they left there last food service job.. and they weren’t invited. Cause everyone was sick of them and there overly radiant negative attitudes.. keep on throwing pies my dudes..
