Just ordered from this location and came home with our food to find a long black hair on our pizza. My kids are disgusted so I gave Little Caesars a call to let them know what happened. The manager said she was “so totally sorry about that” but then told me unless I can come by and pick up a replacement now they can’t hold any type of store credit etc. Not pleased to spend money on food we aren’t going to eat. We’ve had trouble with this location getting our orders right but understand mistakes happen but I do believe this will be the last time we give them a chance.

We were kind of disappointed. The pizza was almost great but it was not hot. Just warm. I picked it up right away so it wasn’t sitting there and we ate it immediately. I don’t really feel like we get our monies worth of toppings on a custom order so I’ll probably stick to hot and readys in the future. My expectations are a little lower.

Ordered my food a head of time waited my 15 minutes. Actually I waited for 20. Then went inside waited another five minutes and waiting area for somebody to take my order. I told them that I had carried out and they said it’s not even ready yet I had another 5-10 minutes on it after they ignored me. I said nope and walked out. The last time I got a deep dish from them it wasn’t cooked all the way it was very doughy. The quality of imily City store is going downhill. It used to be good no complaints

The best lunch combo I’ve had in about 12 different Little Caesars. I love lunch combos and every Little Caesers is different. This one is the top of the crop. The crunch of the bunch. The flavor to savor. The experience of “are you hearing this?” They the best of the best.

Girl at the window was awesome. Said they had pizza hot n ready so I paid. Wasn’t ready and said I couldn’t wait 8 minutes. Manager says it will only be 3 minutes. They brought out pizza 10 minutes later. She lied to me.

Very good location get pizza from here regularly had 1 mix up before spoke to the manager she was very professional and accommodating along with the rest of the staff have no complaints they make a great pizza and Italian cheese bread…… do not forget to ask for butter parm put on top of your whole pizza for $1 extra
