I ordered delivery through Uber Eats: a Stuffed Crust pizza, well-done, with bacon, mushrooms, and black olives. My order confirmation and the receipt attached to the pizza box accurately reflect the order I placed. But I received a pizza that was NOT stuffed crust, NOT well-done, and NO bacon. I ate a few pieces because I was hungry and it was 9:00 pm, and I had nothing else. But it was not good at all, and was not even close to what I ordered. I did not order a random “surprise” pizza!!!

This little Cesar has to be the worst one and after their fire it’s when tremendously down hill. Ordered a few times since their fire, just for a easy dinner and each time it’s over cooked and not what I ordered.. tonight I waited so long for my pizza way passed the time they told me.. and the teenagers worker were all just chatting and not working and my pizza was overdone and I didn’t order onions on this pizza. In my opinion.. over cooked and hard.

I’m not sure why, but every time I come here it’s disappointing. 45 minute waits for hot n ready items is just insane to me. I was an assistant manager of the busiest LC in Michigan and I’ve never seen this amount of chaos. 10 years ago we had manual sheets of paper telling us what our prior year sales were and what time needed the racks full and box full. I would only assume technology has gotten better since. 5pm , nothing going into the oven , associates just standing and not on make line to get anything on a rack or oven. Online orders taking priority over in store pick up and having a line of 10 or more people. Associates are reactionary to the management staff on hand. Management needs to understand and take control of the situation instead of being the only one on a make line were 2 associates are just standing waiting on things to put into the oven.

I have a saying about this location. “The only thing consistent about this LC is they are consistently terrible.” I’ve lived in Flushing for 20 years. They weren’t always horrible but the last 5-7 years they are awful. Service is rude or at best indifferent. I’ve stood waiting for food hearing employees swearing and complaining. But worst of all is their pizzas. They are soggy, the middles are like not there, like the pizza was made to think in the middle. The crust is thin. One minute it’s way too much sauce and grease and the next it is dry like there is no sauce. When we ask for extra toppings on the crazy bread they rarely do it. The only reason I come here is because it’s unfortunately close to my house. I am currently sitting inside while I make them remake my pizzas as the middles were greasy and paper thin. Just terrible. Consistently!

I ordered (2) Hot n Ready’s and (2) crazy bread and was told $24. I paid without issue and was asked for a tip only to be notified that it would be a 15 minute wait for the pizzas. She said she would run it out when it’s ready.
They have boxes in the display to present themselves of having the Hot n Ready but seem to make pizzas to order
While waiting my 15 minutes for my pizza I watched 3 different people walk in and get pizza from across the counter. She did not run my order out either. I walked in after 20 minutes and she said my order had been ready and was in the oven.
