The service here is second to none. Easily one of the best Little Caesars in Genesee County as I have been to more than my fair share of them. The food is always hot. With a staff this good they have made me deflect from a closer location to come here. The nice employee was so humble and kind he didn’t even want his name mentioned in the survey. As someone who has been in customer service for over 20 years he is the kind of employee you dream of. He was busting his tail helping people running back and forth helping the team and helping customers alike. Thank you for all you do Humble Hero.

Posting this as a warning to the fortunate ones who haven’t wasted their money here yet to stay away, here’s why:
Only customer in the store and waited 5+ min to be helped. No problem though, she must be the only person working right now.
Purchased a Hot N Ready. The lady was nice in spite of being overwhelmed and having to do everything on her own.
Got to the car and it was immediately obvious the pizza was pulled too early and way under cooked.
And as other reviewers have mentioned, nothing in the middle except raw dough, no toppings.
Brought the pizza back inside and tried explaining the problem but instead of listening she yelled out for Ryan.
Well Ryan came trotting out from the back (so she wasn’t alone, just left to juggle everything herself, poor lady). I showed Ryan the underside of the pizza and tried explaining to him it’s under cooked and his only response was “It was just made, it’s fresh”.
I finally told him that I didn’t care when it was made, it’s under cooked.
Still his response was “It was just made, it’s fresh”.
Finally I just had enough and said nevermind and started walking out and that’s when he said he could make another if I wanted to wait at least 15 minutes….. I left.
In conclusion, if you’ve never been here, you’re one of the lucky ones. But just don’t take my review as gospel, read the many many others who are having the same experiences I had.
And if you think corporate or the owners and managers really care they quality of products and services they’re putting out, just read their responses to the reviews.
Don’t bother, there isn’t any. They don’t read them or respond so just do yourself a favor and grab dinner from one of the many other places that are close by.

4.18.24 @2pm – Walked in for a hot n ready. Service was fast, and good. I did not appreciate having to go next door to a dollar store to break a $100 bill. I’m a firm believer a business should be prepared to complete cash transactions. The pepperoni pizza, crazy bread with marinara were so delicious. Little Caesars is my favorite pizza place no matter which state I visit. It isn’t just the affordable price, but the crust, cheese, great tasting, quality ingredients are typically on point. My kids love LC, and I do, too.

The girls you have working there today are HORRIBLE. Super rude on the phone, cut me off while speaking, and then made the WORST pizza I have ever had from lil c’s. I live a bit closer to the mt.morris location but I have had better experiences at this location. Today was the exception. I ordered an extra bestest, I don’t know how they managed to get the pizza thicker in the middle than on the crust, but this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Please do something about it

We decided to do delivery through door dash and chose little Caesar’s over domino’s.. bad choice on us. Should have known better as we had problems the last time we got a delivery from this place. The pizza was full of grease and seemed wayyyy under cooked and doughy almost like it was rushed. They also forgot our sauce with our crazy bread the crazy bread even looked rough it was cut into super thin slices and looked like it was tossed into the bag. This is the last time we will be ordering anything from this location.

Would give this place a zero if possible! I called ahead to get a fresh hot and ready and bread sticks. Upon my arrival I was given an old pizza that was overcooked and looked horrible! I also received sauce for my bread sticks that was clumpy and and looked disgusting. I will not return and would HIGHLY recommend saving your money and not go there!

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about ordering my pizza’s from this location in Clio. Don’t always believe what you read. The pizza was hot, cooked to perfection, and the gentleman who waited on me, was very kind. I will definitely order from this location again.

Pizza is thin and wet. I won’t even say too greasy or soggy…. It’s just wet. And not the good kinda wet (you know the kind).
Bread sticks are also nasty. Today they are cold and hard. Other times they are also wet like the pizza.
Service is awful. Like they really don’t want you to be there. Customers are a nuisance to them. You can tell the employees can’t stand the public.
I normally love me some little Caesars, but this place is just terrible. I consistently drive to Birch Run to get Little Caesars. It’s worth to extra 10 minutes.

Now the real problem. I Got a remake pizza because the one they served me was blown out in the middle and paper thin and had no cheese or toppings in the middle.
Now I get a pizza, looks fine. But who wants to eat pizza that’s paper thin?! All the dough is on my crust!!!!
I mean come on. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make a decent pizza.

The pizza and cheese bread were room temperature, and the pizza was like 1.5″ of bread.. super weird. They slathered the cheese bread in cold garlic butter and it was gross, congealed on the top. Very unappetizing. The guy running the register was nice though. Id rather have crappy service but good food.
