Went to try this location as another has done a terrible job with service. Here I got Italian cheese bread cut wrong (6 pieces not 10) and with the corners missing the cheese The crazy bread didn’t have garlic butter on half of it and the cheese was a big clump in the middle. The bestest Italian sausage didn’t seem like it was a bestest in terms of topping quantity and cheese. I know this is cheap pizza but it’s not hard to get these things right, I worked at little Caesars when I was in high school, I know it can be done.

So last week I decided to try a “hot and ready” from this location and was surprised it was so good!! I normally go to the location off 5 Mile and levan and it’s just okay… Before making a review I went back this week to make sure it was what it was, right? I can honestly say two weeks in a row they are serving up properly cooked and amazingly risen “hot and ready’s” huge thanks to everyone who did their part to make my quick and easy take out dinner even more amazing!!

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with butter and parmesan. She asked what was name for the order I told her. When my order was ready the cook goes red jacket because that’s the name she put down. I checked my order while still there. It was regular pizza with bell pepper. I told her and the manager comes from the back and said this is what she rung up I understand that however it’s not what I asked for. I didn’t get an apology or anything. I asked for my money back. I will not be going back there.

They will burn your pizza and won’t do anything to make it right. I just did a online order and picked it up from the portal… this pizza is terrible. Called to let them know and to helpfully at least get a coupon for next time and she told me that I need to bring the pizza back in… uhh no! I have been going to this location for years and this is the first time I’ve had horrible customer service.

Manager/owner? Doesn’t care at all about your time. Excuses incompetence for, “being busy” and “that’s life”. Waited exactly 1 hour for only 3 items. Ordered in app with a quoted wait time of 20-30min. No notification by the end of that time. Walked in to check and was told it’s coming right out. 30 minutes to the second later notification came that it’s ready. Again total of 1 hour and 30-40min past quoted time. All while minimum 15 other cars, door dash, other portal orders (who arrived 10-15 min. after us) were served.

I requested my crazy bread to be cooked light and with extra butter and cheese. If you look at the tips they are brown, so that is not cooked light. When I arrived I asked about the extra butter and cheese and she had an attitude, ” its already on there”. I stated that I wanted some more and she did it reluctantly. Keep in mind I paid for the extra butter and parm on my pizza and bread, that my bill was $11.30. Then I asked her for some plates, she gave me tiny saucers, not what you see in the picture.. Then I said what about napkins?. She stated you didn’t ask for napkins. That’s what I was doing= asking!!! In addition I said I thought that was automatic. She said that we are an Independent store and we just don’t get them like that so people have to ask. My point is I’ve been working all day long was special needs children and I just wanted to have some dinner. Her attitude with horrible and the food was not cooked the way I requested it. People like her she stay in the back and never deal with the front counter. My order number was 145 and this occurred about 9:15 p.m. Just in case anyone from the store cares…..
