I always came here because the quality was better. This isn’t even edible… Avoid at all cost.

This is the second time I go back and ask for a new bag of crazy breads due to being under baked and multiple times before I ended throwing them away without complaining. The second time same thing it looked like long pieces of dough and I went to the lady and asked nicely to have them baked well and she was nice about it yet the cook started shouting from inside while looking at me and saying “I am not baking

When I tired to confident him he hid inside and the lady at the cash register said don’t worry about it he’s just bluffing.
The bakers inside have no manners. They touch everything with or without gloves and go straight to putting toppings for the pizza using the same gloves or bare hands. By far this is the worse place to order pizza from due to ill mannered employees.

I should have checked the reviews first. I ordered online for pickup, but ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes in the lobby with several others. When I finally got my order, the worker tried to give me sauce from a back shelf. As a former employee, I know these should be refrigerated or kept in a warmer for safety. When I asked for cold ones, the staff member became visibly annoyed and slammed them onto my pizza box. To top it off, the pizza wasn’t cut through and the breadsticks had almost no garlic butter. Very unprofessional service and poor food quality.

I never leave reviews, but this experience was so gross I felt I had to say something. I ordered a pizza from Little Caesars and when I got home and opened the box, there was a long, dark hair. I lost my appetite immediately. I tried calling the store for last 30 mins. they finally pick up now store manager want me to drive and take the pizza to the store which manager don’t care. I wasn’t even offered a refund or apology.
This is a basic hygiene issue — clearly someone wasn’t wearing a hairnet, or quality checks just don’t happen here. I won’t be coming back.

This experience was absolutely terrible. The corporate office really needs to look into this location and do some training because allowing customers to sit in the front lobby for 15 to 20 minutes without acknowledging them is a very poor way to run a business. This is how my experience started, I don’t feel like wasting time on the other non sense during my visit. If ownership cares, they’ll reach out, if they don’t, then I’d expect that they co to use to receive poor reviews. Corporate really needs to look into training these employees here, in a large way, I don’t blame them.

went there, ordered a cheese crazy puff and a cheesesteak crazy puff, nothing crazy. waited about 30 minutes just standing there and still didn’t get my order. and all im seeing is heaps and heaps of crazy puffs being made but none of them were our order. wasting time and money making food just to make food. now i understand how the fast food industry works being a former worker myself but you would think they would prioritize the customers orders first. and then some random guy walks in, asks for a cheesesteak crazy puff and automatically got his. i was so appalled i had to get a refund.

Went here with my sister to get a deep dish pizza. We had to wait 30 minutes for it, and it seemed like they forgot about us because I saw another guy order a deep dish pizza and get his almost instantly. When I finally got mine, it was uncut and cold. NEVER coming here again.
