This was the worst experience ever; that pizza was completely disgusting. It looked like someone simply threw a slab of American cheese on top and let it melt. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even the pretzel crust pizza that I ordered. It was absolutely repulsive, and they should be ashamed of themselves. The entire staff should be removed and replaced with competent people who actually know what they are doing.

Poor Customer Service & Drive-Thru Mismanagement

Today I had a very frustrating experience at this Little Caesars location.

I pulled up to the drive-thru behind another vehicle and waited nearly 10 minutes before that car eventually pulled off and went inside. When it became my turn at the window, I waited an additional 10–15 minutes without anyone approaching to take my order. During this time, I could clearly see inside the store. A young man was taking orders at the counter, while the manager, Clinton, walked past the drive-thru window several times, made direct eye contact with me, and never acknowledged me or informed me that the drive-thru was not accepting orders.

After waiting an extended period, I called out “hello” to get someone’s attention. The young man eventually opened the window and stated that he was about to close out and was not supposed to take any more orders, but said he would get the manager to assist me. I then overheard Clinton say, “She’s going to have to come in.” After hearing that comment, I gestured for him to open the window.

When the window was opened, I explained that I had been sitting at the drive-thru for over 10 minutes attempting to place an order. I also stated that Clinton had walked past the window multiple times, made direct eye contact with me, and never once mentioned that orders were not being taken at the window. I further explained that there was no signage indicating this. Clinton leaned out of the window and pointed to a sign above it that states “pickup window.”

I responded that I have been coming to this location for years and that it has always operated as a drive-thru, which is why both myself and another vehicle were waiting in line. When I asked if he was the manager, he confirmed that he was and provided his name, Clinton, along with the store number. He then ended the interaction in a very condescending manner by saying, “Have a blessed day,” before closing the window.

This entire situation was extremely inconvenient, especially since I had small children in my car and was trying to get a quick dinner after a long workday. I purposely drove 15 minutes past several other Little Caesars locations because of the convenience of the drive-thru service at this store. Instead, I had to leave and go to another location, go inside, and wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza.

This was very poor customer service, and I will not be returning to this location.

UBER WTF
Their manager who called himself chicken(more on that later) when I asked for his name. He dropped a cap from the buffalo sauce container on their disgusting unclean and unsanitary floor and then put it back on the container that they will serve to customers later and placed it right back on the shelf. This happened February 14th,2026 at approximately 6:30pm in front of me and other customers. I’m sending an email to corporate tonight, and I will be reporting this to corporate on the phone tomorrow. I’ve got over 30k followers and I go viral very often, and this would easily go viral, but I don’t want to hurt lil Caesars brand due to an incompetent employee, I’d rather them handle him internally. This restaurant is disgusting.

I placed my order around 7pm for a pizza delivery. It was for 1 pizza sticks order. I got notification that my driver was at the store waiting on my order. 15 minutes goes by then it switched drivers. The next driver then arrives and waits. It is now 7:50pm and then the order gets canceled. So needless to say, the order never got made or picked up. No communication from little Caesars except a text saying it was canceled for an extremely simple order. I am extremely disappointed and that was very unprofessional on their end. So, I will not recommend at all.

This have to be one of the worst locations I seen .The customer service is terrible and the food not worth the wait. You can call in a order and still be waiting a long time when you get there. The service is so slow and they don’t neutralize the drive thru. What’s the purpose of having a drive thru if you don’t used it. But the staff would tell you to come inside. That’s such a inconvenience what if someone was handicapped. I don’t recommend this place at all. I think the only true reason people come here. Because of the convience do to location,smoke shop,and liquor store next to it .

By far the worst little Caesars in Michigan! There is literally nothing good about this place. Corporate needs to just shut this place down. Long waits. Lazy workers. Dirty restaurant. Been here multiple times with the same results. Save your time and good somewhere else!

Ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni pizzas online. Got there 40 minutes later to collect. Nothing. Worker says its a big order and that Im going to have to wait. Meanwhile manager is in the back slurping on drinks. And one employee is just walking around. Only one is making and cutting up the pizzas. Ended up sticking around for another 20 mins. Takes an hour for 4 pizzas. Unprofessional and slow. Dont go here. Ever.

I placed an order online at 7 pm I am here waiting in the store a whole hour later along with the other people who been waiting as well. The manager is rude as hell, the employee wirh dred locs is very rude and argumentative. No customer service, dont know how to talk to woman, ignoring people and everything! He gone tell me, I need to wait. I have already paid and wish I could get refunded. I will be calling and making a report to corporate and BBB!

Avoid. They’re slow, disorganized, and disrespectful. It’s never “hot and ready” there is always a wait, even if you are just looking to pick up crazy bread. This location has been terrible for years, please take your business to another location so this one can be closed or sold to someone who is competent.

The bad reviews are true stay far away from this place. The manager does not know what she’s doing with the purple hair. You wait forever for your food for it to still be wrong they don’t understand what light sauce means. They hate to come through the drive-through window. Always rude, online orders never on time! they honestly need to consider renovations and new management and clean the place up. It’s going downhill.
