The service is always terrible here. I shouldnt have to travel 5 miles to get good pizza when i can go a half mile. This store really needs a good mgr to whip it into shape.
I have never been so confused on how this was handled. On top of the manager not coming out to explain the details of the process, and just to acknowledge things happen.
The worst part, the only aspect that was asked if you want a refund converse just making the food and go on about everyone day. Why would you want to defer revenue inside you establishment on the fact the guest getting frustrated due to the staff having lack of time management.
Once I finally received my order, I was greeted with an apology for the front representative, and something to drink for the wait and issue. I truly appreciated the gesture, but the biggest issue was the lack of communication and no moral respect to my timing as well. I frequently use the app as my work requires me to travel.
Please do better, we understand everything can’t be perfect, but the things you have control over…fix it.
