So you call the number that’s for the store supposedly but they have to connect you and when they did the first 2 times no one answered: third time got a man asked about my order said he was going to check and never came back and then hung up on me. Called back a fourth time no answer. Finally I
Got a notification my order was being worked on. So I pull up to window looks like no one there. Cash registers were open with the money drawers open I pounded in the window no one came. So I pulled up front went in and no one to be seen. I said hello!!! Finally a man comes from back and looks at me like what do you want!! I said here to pick up order. Gave my name and hands me a wrong order. I said nope not mine! Finally looks for it and finds it and I said I ordered 2 extra sauces please. He said no you didn’t. I
Said here’s my receipt look I paid for them!!! So reluctantly gives me them! I said thank you! No response!! Poor customer service !! Worst I have had in this place!! Needless to say I will drive a little bit further. Oh and I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and they gave me hot wings. The wings were not even wings hardly no meat. I am not one to complain but I will when it is deserving!!

What blew my mind was after being told there was a 30 minute wait on anything but pepperoni pizzas that were already in the warmer the cashier looked me dead in the eye and said “yeah i know we suck” …….. I genuinely feel bad for anyone that works there i dont know how you can manage a little Ceasars so poorly but management needs to work on quality of food speed of service and staff morale.

4:23pm on a Tuesday, I walk in, doesn’t even look like they’re open. I hear feet scuffing across the floor followed by an obviously unmotivated individual coming to take my order. I notice no food in any of the warmers as I order two orders of crazy bread, his response is a price followed by “45 minutes”… “about”…. I start laughing, he softly says “sorry sir”… his eyes begging me to just leave, so that’s what I did. Mike Ilitch is likely upside down in his grave because of how his franchise is being operated. This location needs an overhaul. Same people are responsible for cleaning and food quality. Never forget that

Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever written a complaint in my entire life, and I hate having to do it. But I have to, because MR. COURTNEY M. at this location is consistently rude every time we visit. I even found out he’s been treating other customers the same way.
His attitude while taking our order was completely hostile, aggressive, and just plain rude.
Little Caesars, if you want to keep customers, especially regulars, you need to take action. His terrible, toxic attitude ruins the whole experience and is costing you business. We absolutely will not be returning to this store until this issue is resolved.
No wonder why this branch has a very low rating.

The pizza immediately went in the trash because it was a complete mess of food and these bread sticks are an excuse for food, lc is my favorite place for breadsticks im unbelievably upset

They purposely ignore you in the drive through, so that you’ll come inside. Then you’ll barely be greeted or acknowledged. Then, have the nerve to be asked at payment a tip prompt. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but, come on . I understand they’re probably understaffed and/or underpaid but, not cool.

This was the worst pizza I’ve had from a restaurant. It was half cooked, with soft and gooey dough, not enough tomato sauce or cheese on it. my dog loves pizza and it didn’t eat the piece I gave her. Unfriendly service, long wait, higher cost than other Little Caesars. I will never go back and will drive the 3 or 4 extra miles to go to the next closest Little Caesars where I have gotten good service and good pizzas in the past.

Everything from the attitude the cashier gives you the moment he hears the door ring and see you approaching the counter. To the TERRIBLE quality pizza they serve. Managers literally just standing there high as kite while waiting time rack up. Save time and avoid this place.
