The past couple times we’ve ordered from here, the food has been awful. Every single pizza has been disappointing. Sad, soggy, and completely lacking any crunch or quality. It’s honestly shocking given how much the prices have increased over the years.
The only decent part of any of these orders were the bread and that’s supposed to be the side, not the main dish. The actual pizza, which should be the highlight, was completely unacceptable.
My order this time around was $40, and for that price, I expect much better. I work hard for my money, and it’s frustrating to spend it on food that feels rushed and careless. Something seriously needs to change, whether that’s better training, higher standards, or just completely firing everyone and starting fresh, because this level of quality is unacceptable.

Be aware that if you build your own pizza from the app and select extra toppings and pay for those extra toppings, you’re not really getting extra toppings, so save your money. I chose the option for extra bacon and extra mushrooms. The bacon was very scarce and was able to literally count only 11 mushrooms on the entire pizza. 11 slices of mushrooms on a 8 slice pizza, that’s not even 1.5 mushrooms per slice. It was as if they seen my request for extra bacon and mushrooms and chose to do the complete opposite. Pizza is good, just wish I had, and could taste, more bacon and mushrooms like I requested, and paid dang near $5 for.

I just played a order for 5 orders of puffs with extra seasoning and butter with garlic parm wings 45$ order when my husband got back all the puffs was cold and there was not extra butter and seasoning and THEY TOTALLY FORGOT THE WINGS. I LIVE 6 houses away from there and when I went back it was 10:02 and he said he won’t give me the wings now come in the morning when they open. And rushed me off the phone b4 letting me finish about asking why all the food is cold.

I like going here because the team is upbeat. They keep the store very clean. They honor advertised specials and the clerks are well capable of habdling the electronic payments along with making great pizza. They are great for dinner or big dinner birthday parties.

Today I experienced not only great hot food, but amazing customer service! I didn’t get the young mans name but he was a young black male who provided some of the best service I’ve had in awhile. Thank you! You did great. And the pizza was the best little Caesar’s I’ve had in a very long time! 10/10.

A manager I never seen before (because I usually come at nights) told me he refuses to put extra cheese on my pretzel crust pizza even tho I have gotten like it many times before. Idk if it’s corporate BS or just a stick in his rear. He even stated I can’t do it and “I holler at people for doing it”. Isn’t supposed to be make to suit the customer? So basically he’s saying if you don’t want it like we give it to you then don’t get it. Bunch of BS

This place needs more work across the horizon barely has anything ready. 3/19/24 the only difference is it has become more terrible.I went there today and they said it’ll take 30 mins for hot and ready. I was flabbergasted then one of the employees thought that it was funny that customers were just walking out.This location really needs to up their service. When I worked at Little Caesars you had to have good stock on racks and in warmers I don’t know what’s going on here. It’s crazy that they are ok with product randomly.
