I’ve never eaten at firehouse before. This location made my day. I was a bit upset and needed a quick bite. Whoever worked on 12/27 at 4.30 pm, are the most friendly people. I felt welcomed and received very attentive and quick service. What else to say.. it was the most delicious sandwich in my life (engineer). I will definitely be back, for the service, price and food

I’ve been to this location many times but this week was my last. Customer service was horrible. Employee had terrible attitude ,was rude, and got order wrong. They were out of several chip varieties, no napkins, and 12 different drinks were out in the freestyle machine. The restaurant was not at all busy during the time we were there with only 2 other dining room customers. I love Firehouse Subs but I will not return to this location.

The customer service is not very good. Young girls today were all over the place couldn’t get the help I needed as a first time customer. A lot of apologizing on my end because I had to keep going back asking gor things missing from my order that I asked for at time of purchase. Disappointed in the no hair nets and condition of the cleanliness.

Horrible service, horrible food, I ordered online to pick up and it said my order was ready. I went to pick it up and they told me they were out of turkey. What kind of sub place runs out of turkey? Then I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make one sub that I should have been informed about before I came to pick it up.

A delightful place to eat. The service is always really good and I just had a really good experience. Recently. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to eat lunch with nice receptive patient servers, then this is a place to go. I had an error in my order which ended up being my fault, but they were so nice and maybe another sandwich. Just good people.
