I’m not normally one to complain because I work in the fast food industry and am very understanding. I ordered a classic pepperoni and a cheese but received a meat lovers pizza and cheese. The crazy bread was waxy almost like it was not cooked long enough. My kids had to eat the cheese pizza they won’t eat meat lovers. I called and waited on the line for 10 min and no one answered. Like I said I’m very understanding but I would never let the phone ring that long even if it’s during a rush.

today (2/7/26 9pm-9:55pm) worst service ever especially at this place. my sister was in the car crying over pizza, and she has autism. i tried to calm her down when i called they said 15 mins i waited a hour and 30 minutes for the pizza. over 10 people came and got their food within minutes. the workers are barely at the register and while people were waiting the workers were just laughing and talking in the back. i hope this place gets shut down asap.

I went to this location today 12/9/2025 I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and no one came to take my order. The guy in the back was putting pizza in the warming ovens and looked right in my face and turned up his nose. The last time I was here my order was made wrong but I didn’t complain. Not only did I wait an hour for this, but all 3 of the employees that were working tonight at 9:00pm on 7/2/25 were rude, disrespectful, and stood around and did nothing. I will be reaching out to corporate because this is absolutely unacceptable.

After waiting 30 minutes on my online order. First went in store told me they only take online orders. When did that start. Two workers leave to go to CVS which I don’t mind. If you have pizzas ready. Magic word READY especially the Hot & Ready mims crazy bread you know wasn’t ready. Workers looking like you want a pizza LAWD DO BETTER.

Today, Dec. 27, 2025, I ordered a round pizza over the phone mushrooms all over, one side ground beef and the other side green pepper and pepperoni. I arrived home and observed that each topping was put on the entire pizza. I specifically did not want pork on the entire pizza as my mom is allergic to pork. I called the store phone number on Beech Daly and Joy Rd. In Michigan and apparently it’s a call center. Two different guys tried transferring me to the store and no answer. I asked the guy for the store number as I would be contacting corporate and he stated he could not disclose this information. This is overall an inconvenience, unprofessional and a severe safety hazard being that someone is allergic to pork! I would like a refund.

Anyone looking for a good little ceasers pizza go to the one in Redford on Five Mile and Beech Daly. Im convinced no one want’s to work at this Dearborn Heights location. I placed an order (5:55pm) was told 15 minutes, devon y. took care of 4 customer and proceeded to go to the back and continue cook I asked is it (my pizza) ready? He was so uninterested, need less to say I didn’t get my pizza until 6:30 pm. Very poor customer service

When I walked in , the place was filthy! Mop bucket sitting next to counter ? Ovens very dirty , looks like they have not been cleaned for days ! Counter was dirty , floor , Matt’s , glass for storefront . Asked worker why it was so dirty , he said because there was not enough folks there , so he could clean ? After I got home , my crazy bread order was half cooked ! I will never go back there to this store
