The employees at this location are lazy and extremely rude. Told me my cheese steak puffs would be a 20 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes came back in the store and the cashier left to the liquor store next door than told me they haven’t even put my order in the oven. Lazy and unprofessional. Both employees need to be fired ASAP.

Is wonderful the worker there are so nice so beautiful so pleasant they treat you good to make you want to come back and spend your money just because the pizza is outstanding I mean they really know how to make that pizza where you just eat it up before you get home every time I get a pizza from their half of this gone before I get home that’s all good and still stay melted me hot but what keeps me coming back is that great hospitality the politeness to caring the small little conversation it makes me feel good that I could come and spend my money with someone who welcomes me I love to spend my money where I feel I’m going to get great service and be around great people thank you for hiring that crew

Food is good but service is terrible. Ordered then got there and they were out of dough 1 time. Then order another time for pickup. Wait 1 hr til ready get there again for me to still wait 20 more minutes. No ma’am no sir refund me. Fool me once shame on u fool me twice shame on me third time won’t be cause I will never come here again.

I Just left here less than an hour ago, I paid 15 bucks for everything to be nothing like I ordered. So I will be reaching out to management. I paid for a half and half pizza with Butter and Parmesan (which shouldn’t be extra but okay) was charged extra which show me in the pic there was some, and they literally handed me my pizza said have a nice day and where’s the crazy bread I ordered had to get that. When did a 5 dollar hit and ready get to 15 bucks where is the other 10 cause the crazy bread without sauce shouldn’t be 9 dollars make it make sense. I drove out the way and past non franchise pizza places to go here to be out of 15 bucks for this dry pizza that wasn’t as it was ordered. Please do better. And refund my money.

WAIT IS TOO LONG and they STILL SCREW your order up. I’m sitting in the parking lot now after waiting 1 hour plus. I ordered 4 pizzas a specific way… because you can’t specialize online and THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Get my pizzas and the girl just hands me 3 pizzas for my $50+ dollar order. I asked where was my other pizza. She tells me they didn’t make it. The other person checks my receipt and hands me my 4th pizza about 5-10 mins later. If you’re short staffed, hire some competent staff (managers) who are attentive, and polite to your customers! Also where are the vegetables on my pizzas? I got a veggie and 2 Supreme, ALL WITH HARDLY NO VEGETABLES! Cut more or DO WHAT’S NECESSARY to give people the amount of food the expect and DESERVE for their money!!! Also where is the butter and Parmesan that I ordered that you charge $2.50 for now and it used too be free? Terrible!!!

Only thing was good was the gentleman taking the orders was kind.
Let me start off by saying I attempt to call in my order, the young answer the phone right away said “hold on” I remained on hold the entire time as I was driving there 10 mins.
They said cash only due to system being down had to buy on the app and wait 27 mins for a hot ready that’s suppose ready at all times I thought. And look how the boy cut the pizza all I can do is laugh. And Corp. Isn’t going to do anything about it why it’s in the hood, and ppl going to keep coming here.

When will this place be shut down? Makes no sense when you go in for a hot and ready and they tell you it’s gonna be 45 minutes only saw one employee working as she was so rude. I guess because she’s there by herself whoever owns this location needs to fire and rehire Places is filthy. Glass divider looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the place opened do better.
