My son and I came in around 2pm on a Monday. He got wings and I got a salad. I had to send the salad back. The lettuce looked like it was weeks old. Brown and slimy green leaves. They remade it but by the time I got it my son was done eating so we got it to go.

Ordered food via mobile app an hr before my husband got off work. Food pickup time was 10:10. My husband gets off at 10:30. They told my husband I ordered through Uber eats and it was picked up. I sent a screenshot for proof of purchased via the app. My husband had to wait in extra thirty minutes for them to cook our food. Our order was inaccurate as well when he brought it home. They didn’t offer him any type of customer service hospitality and told him that there was nothing that they could do. I had to actually call to get some sort of resolution since the order was inaccurate as well. The resolution is pending

Imagine doing your Order food and you arrive and they just tell you someone else I take it away, and they still ask you if you want the order? I wonder how is it that you leave the food alone on a shelf so that people only take it and leave without checking if it is the person He made the order and if it is the order that belongs to him, very bad service and they still take out the other orders instead of preparing yours, a service flat.

Arrived 15 minutes after opening. No tvs on, atmosphere was dead, sat us in a booth that still had chicken tenders in it, and the place looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. No bar tender and everything looked dirty. We didn’t order food bc we felt the kitchen was in worse condition. Server was very polite.

I had a great dinner experience at the newly remodeled Buffalo Wild Wings here in Waco, TX. The bartender Michael F. did a fabulous job providing me with great service and ensuring my food and drinks came out as ordered. Thank you Michael! The atmosphere at the restaurant was lively, and inviting, and the GM was friendly. The restaurant was well maintained and very clean. Thank you again Buffalo Wild Wings for an excellent dinner experience!

I’m going to start with when we walked in and didn’t get helped for 10 minutes and no one in line. Got asked if we wanted a booth or table and I asked for a booth, they said we couldn’t get a booth because they were all dirty. We start out by getting drinks and messed my drink order up horribly. It took 30min to even order my food and the restaurant was not busy. I got my wings back and they were over cooked and hard to eat, I also asked for bbq wings and she gave me bbq ranch wings. The sauce was extremely light on them (basically none) and not to mention the service has no good costumer service! Pleased to say I will not eat here again!

Let me start by saying I love Buffalo Wild Wings when done well at other locations, but I felt like I needed to document the moment of having the worst meal of my life. The wings were overcooked to almost inedible. I was the only one at the table who choked through all of them. They were riddled with shattered bones, fried beyond dry, and served cold. I ordered extra wet all flats and they threw in a side of depression for free. We sent back the “loaded fries”, which were just too sad to look at. The veggies came pretty much with celery root not trimmed at all. I will say all the kids foods were ok.

I never do this, but I actually talked to the manager because it was so ridiculous. He comped about $20 worth of food, but it really should have been the entire meal. Still ended up paying $100 for a meal I could have dug out of the trash. Very pitiful place.

Let’s talk about Buffalo Wild Wings. I don’t know where to start to be honest with you. When we arrived there was no one at the entrance to greet us. There were two people taking an order in the takeout area, and it seemed like one of them was in training; or that’s what it looks like.

I wasn’t bothered since I understand that having someone new in training is a bit complicated and stressful.

After they finished with a smile they asked me how many people, and let me decide where to sit.
I also noticed a strange, super strong smell when I entered, but I’ll talk about that later.
When we sat down, the waitress came over and asked us what we wanted to order. You could see on her face that she was tired and didn’t want to be there. Although I have to say that she never disrespected us or let extreme disgust affect our experience.
They gave us the food and some extra plates that they apparently just “cleaned” since they were completely wet.
The food was okay, although I think for the price the quality of the food was meh.

But why didn’t I bring up the food like I always do? Well, because the food wasn’t the biggest problem with this place.

Remember I told you about the weird smell this place had when I walked in? Well, when I walked in, I realized that cleanliness in this place is definitely not a priority.
The carpet in this place I’m 97% sure has never been cleaned, and I’m also sure that carpet seems to be part of a lot of crazy nights. There were tables with dirty plates that looked like they had been waiting to be picked up for ages. After I was done with my appetizer, the waitress picked up my plate and tried to drop it on that table. Something that she couldn’t do because of how packed that table was. When she realized that she could not put any more dirty plates on the table, then she picked them up but let’s the table completely dirty. The floor had trash and bits of food everywhere.
At one point the waitress even accidentally dropped the fries on the floor of the people at the next table, and even though they changed the plate, the fries just stayed on the floor looking for a way to not be forget and even though they yelled for someone to throw them away, no one picked them up.

There were 4 people in the dining room in total to serve 6 or 7 full tables. That’s counting the person at the bar serving alcohol.  So there were actually 3 people. And to be specific, only one waitress.

I don’t know how many people are in the kitchen, but the question is, “If the dining room, which is what we as customers see, is in that condition, what will the kitchen be like?”
I didn’t want to ask myself that question while I was there, I didn’t want to have a brain stroke in the middle of the restaurant, to be honest.

Part of the problem is definitely a lack of people. But I don’t think the manager of this restaurant cares too much either. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. I really don’t see myself visiting this place again. I love myself enough to find out if I’m going to get sick or not. Good luck to those who work there because I’m sure they are doing their best. I think! ‍♂️

Football Playoff Sunday is a huge revenue stream for placed like this. Bartender Lissette had absolutely no personality whatsoever and her RBF could have ruined anyone’s day. All servers need to be delightful or at least pleasant.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had to practically beg for drink refills (more than once), napkins, and the rest of our order. Try to talk to the waitress? She turned her back and walked off, not once or twice, but 5 times. Asked for the nachos deconstructed, she didn’t know what that meant, even explained, they came out wrong. The Mac n cheese? Hard as a rock, couldn’t stir it. Nachos were stale, wings were the wrong flavor. Asked to try a couple flavors, 60 cents each, came with the meal and plain wings. Even the manager was horrible. Check was supposed to be split when ordering, they never could figure it out and wouldn’t let us help… we gave up. Definitely a never again… not worth the aggravation. AVOID like the plague if you plan on having a decent meal/experience. I can’t stress enough how horribly we were treated.
