I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza and got a plain cold hot and ready pizza the wings were terrible cold as well the app said it was ready my wife had to wait 20 mins. When I called they didnt answer the phone they stole my money and won’t give it back cause manager isnt there. This is absolutely the worst wish they all loose there jobs and close.

Avoid this location at all costs. Unfortunately this is the closest store to us, so if we need it delivered, it comes from this store. (We prefer the Livernois location)
We ordered our pizza tonight at 6 pm. We had a dasher cancel at 6:45. So it sat for a while as we waited for another dasher. I called their customer service line at 7:05 and spoke to someone who was probably in a different country. I told them we hadn’t received the pizza yet and asked if I could cancel. He said we could, but since they are already preparing it, I would not be reimbursed. So I asked if I could just go get it and he said yes, and then said to call back to be compensated. So I went to go pick it up. The lobby was full of customers waiting. I waited at the counter for ten minutes before someone came to ask us our name. Our pizza was barely warm. I got home and called customer service and was told (by a different person who is not in our country) they could not reimburse my order because the order was completed. What the heck. I finally sat down to eat my mid pizza at 7:45. Ridiculous. I hate this location and will never order delivery from Little Ceasars again. Bet. Not how you treat customers. I should have at least been reimbursed for my tip!

Unless you like cold, unproofed, thin crustless pizza don’t go here. The kicker? There’s never pizza readily made. Its always a wait, and then you get a pie that looks like this. Diabolical!

This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. Was in town for a hockey tournament. Got a text that my online order was ready. Went in to get it and I was told it wasn’t ready and waited another 40 minutes. Somehow I got a cold pizza and undercooked bread sticks. I only ordered one pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. I have no idea how it too that long. I definitely will not be going back. I should have checked the reviews before ordering.

This store was horrible but lately has improved a lot. Before 2 months when I went I waited for 30 minutes even I had order online and should be ready in 10 mins and they got failed and refunded me after 30 mins. Last week I went and customer service was awesome . The old lady speaks so nice and greet you so nice . Please continue doing so .

I am with everyone else in these comments. This is way to busy of a location for this Little Caesars to be this bad. This is the closest location to my house so of course it’s convenient however nothing is of the sorts here. They NEVER have pizza ready, it’s always a wait, and the staff is always super rude and tbh it’s probably because they’re overwhelmed. There’s never more than two people here so I get that part but the wait times are ridiculous. Corporate needs to intervene at this location and do something about the entire store. It’s also ALWAYS dirty too.

Phyllis was a delight. Phyllis is the best part of this shop and she should absolutely be the manager. If she’s not the manager she should be moved up to corporate. She’s sweet she’s pleasant she’s nice, she went above and beyond and I appreciate her service.

This location is terrible I ordered online for pick up. By the time I got through traffic and to the location the order was still not ready. I walked in waited to even be spoken to by anyone in the location. They told me it was going to be 8 minutes and they didn’t have any drinks besides water and tea. I waited as close as I could without being late to return to work and my food was still not ready. A worker walked to the counter to assist someone else when I said excuse me he kept walking. I had no option but to leave my food there without refund. I called the location twice and no answer. This location will never get my money or any of my friends or family again. They are extremely rude.

If you are a woman, never go to this location! I placed an online order through the app, I drove to go pick it up, I parked right in front of the windows so I could easily see when my order was ready. This white guy, about maybe 5’7”, with brown curly hair, he was wearing a hat. He locks eyes with me while I’m in my car, he then places the pizza on the second to last shelf on the bottom, in the pizza portal closest to the counter. (there were no other pizzas in both of the pizza portals) I saw my name so I decided to walk in and grab it. I Put the code in to open the door, I bent over to grab it, and he walked to the middle of the two registers, leaned onto the counter and I heard him make a light moan type of groan, I peek to my left and there he is staring at me, I know what I was wearing is not important but for reference I’m wearing Pokémon pj pants, and a tank top. This is inexcusable behavior. He very clearly was making me uncomfortable. I was in shock I so I walked out and didn’t say anything because I was scared. And all this happened while there was a man standing right next to him. This was the first time I went into this location alone, normally my boyfriend comes with me. I’m so pissed and unbelievably upset that they have an employee gooning over a woman trying to grab her pizza. What the actual hell! This was at 7:24 Thursday, September 18th. All of this happened and the pizza was mid, with barely any crust to be seen. I’m very disappointed (Ignore that half the pizza was gone I forgot to take a photo and was really hungry)
