If I could give zero stars, I would

I placed my order online thinking I’d have a quick, cheap dinner. The app immediately told me it would be a 40–50 minute wait — which was odd for a chain that literally built its reputation on “Hot-N-Ready.”

When I got there, I instantly knew I’d made a mistake. The lobby was packed with people wearing the same expression — frustration mixed with regret. I even joked, “By the looks on your faces, this is going to be an experience.” Spoiler alert: it was… and not in a good way.

Customers were standing around just trying to get the staff’s attention, but the employees acted like we were invisible. People walked in, took one look around, and turned right back out. I wish I’d done the same.

The store itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since before COVID. The front windows were covered in grime, fingerprints, and even faceprints. The register area had greasy, dirt-streaked signs, crumbs, and random schmootz everywhere. The ceiling tiles were filthy, and the walls had buildup that might’ve been dust… or mold (hard to tell, and honestly, I didn’t want to know).

When I finally got my food — over an hour later — my pizza was cold, the breadsticks were hard as bricks, and the pretzel crust was dried out and lifeless. The crust had that signature Little Caesars “cardboard” texture… except this time it actually tasted like cardboard. It’s almost impressive how bad it was.

The final touch? The one employee I did talk to looked like he couldn’t care less — possibly because he was too busy spacing out. The whole experience screamed, “We gave up a long time ago.”

I’ll definitely post the photos I took so you can see what “Hot-N-Ready” really means at this location: cold pizza, long waits, and a dining area straight out of a horror movie.

Save yourself the disappointment (and maybe a stomachache) — go literally anywhere else

I just got home after picking up my order to see they did not bother to make the order correctly. I only ordered 3 of the half detroit pizza half Italian bread sticks. They did not bother to put ANY seasoning on the bread sticks, not a single order of the three. I could understand a mistake if one order was missed on accident but very clearly they could not be bothered.

The service this evening at this location was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered the pepperoni crazy puffs and two bags of crazy bread (a simple order) and the breadsticks were smothered in butter and disgusting. The puffs were burnt and also very disappointing to look at.

The employees did not greet anyone who came in and kept lying to new customers coming through the door on how long the wait would be. I placed my order online at 6pm and it wasn’t ready until almost 7:30pm. Then this is what I got… I wouldn’t feed these to my dog. Go anywhere else. Definitely not here. I will not return again. Only for a refund!

Last time I come here lmao. Had to throw some of it away because apparently you gonna get the puff bites done 30 minutes before your pizza. Watched it sit in their hot holder the entire 30 minutes and handed it with the pizza. They were almost gray lol. Maybe hire people who wanna work there and pay them for it cus the cycling of crap has finally put me off forever from this location.

If you’re reading this DO NOT EAT HERE it’s sososo gross and nobody cares so I’m sure it’s nastier than the food looks.
Crazy little Caesars has the money to back sports teams but can’t pay their employees to do a good job nor take care of their locations. I’m not even mad at the employees. It sucked but I doubt they put money into training or running a business.
Lmk when they stop sucking so much it used to be a childhood staple.

This is my local little C’s chain. Today (2/28/26) @ 5 PM – 6 PM, the staff not only handled the rush well, but also provided great customer service and teamwork to get people in and out as fast as possible! Pizza and cheese bread was also on point as well! 5 star experience please give the workers some kudos and a potential raise. The location is the only one around so they’re very busy a lot of the time. Give them some grace and have a little patience

Its astonishing how terrible this location is. Ive spoken with a few folks that work at little caesars corporation and they’ve even admitted this location is the worst around yet nothing ever changes.

It’s bad enough they hardly have Hot N Readys but even worst when you have to stand there for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge you and let you know youve just wasted your time waiting on them!

Would recommend driving a few extra miles for a better location!

Longest wait times, food is never like it supposed to be. If you order online delivery, good luck getting refunded. Been waiting 2 months. I’d drive the extra 2 miles to the next closest one. Sorry 13 and Campbell Caesers. You guys need to up your game.

Tried to call on Monday 1-5-26 at 8pm til 8:45pm. They would pick up the phone and hang up. Not a hello or anything, just click. So I drive there after work because I had a custom order and you can’t customize on the app. I walked in and the person behind the counter was a straight quick, get to the point kind of guy. I ordered puffs and Italian cheese bread with pepperoni and bacon on it. I got here at 8:51pm. The staff was rude, and seemed like they were in a hurry to get out of work. I had made the comment that if they had just answered the phone to take my order I could have just been in and out. They did not care also it seemed like they had reheated the food I had asked for and just threw toppings on it to make it seem like they cooked it. It’s 9:25pm and I got my food and my puffs were burnt. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!

This might be the worse run franchise in the country. It’s close to me so I go often and never have even a half decent experience. Food is never on time and staff does not care at all. Most recently, I tried to be prepared for them never being on time. I placed an order 2 hours early for a 7:30 pickup, really not needing it until 7:45. Welp, that wasn’t enough. I waited in the lobby for ten minutes before anyone asked me what I was here for. Worker came back up front at 7:45 with a smile on his face and said they were starting on it now… honestly this place deserves to be shut down and or under new management. Avoid it.

Ordered delivery at 5:55pm through the Little Caesar’s app. Was quoted a delivery time of 6:40pm. Long wait but whatever. Then I finally got notified that a delivery driver was there waiting for my food at 6:55pm. Finally delivered at 8:20pm. Completely unacceptable waiting 2 1/2 hours for Little Caesars of all places. Oh and shocker! The food isn’t fresh and looks like it’s been sitting in the heater.
