We stopped in on our way through and are very happy we did. The staff are very friendly and the was wonderful. I ordered the hamburger steak with onions and gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, speckled butter beans and corn bread. My husband ordered the catfish filets with cucumber salad, cowboy beans, and corn bread. We both left stuffed and very satisfied. We will certainly be back for more.

The food and service were excellent. The interior is kinda run down but appears clean. My husband said his cheeseburger was the best he’d had in a long time. My veggies were yummy as well. We will go back again soon.

I moved to Ragland a few months ago and had no idea about this place, until yesterday. If you can find an eating establishment with better food, service or PEOPLE, I would be very surprised. Mi is a Beautiful Soul.. as well as everyone else working there! I will be returning.. regularly!!

The food was great but that’s not the best part. I loved seeing guests come in being greeted by their first names and everyone being so friendly with each other. It really was a wonderful experience. You can’t replace the small town feel where everyone really does know one another.

Food was amazing, the girl working the register acted like she didn’t know how to do her job fully and acted like she didn’t want to be there. The cook was more friendly and outgoing than her and he did an amazing job on the food.. only thing is the bbq sandwiches need to come with more sauce on them. I asked for extra sauce and it’s a good thing I did or I would have had a dry bbq sandwich.

I got the catfish poboy with fries and it was amazing! Fish is crispy and great, cold mayo and crispy lettuce, juicy tomato and tasty pickle. Friendly service, hometown feel and great company. I’ll be back!
