So the days of walking in and actually having a “hot and ready” ready are over. This place never has any pizzas up. You need to wait no matter what. The staff has their mouths hanging open and have no clue what customer service is. Today, after waiting because why not, I finally got a pizza that was so soggy you couldn’t even cut it. I love the Little Caesers Pizza of old. I despise this mismanaged pizza chain that never has enough staff, serves mediocre food at best with crappy service This place sucks, but it is still better than the one on Hoover in Warren. SMH.

Little Caesars Cashier named Jenny is awesome. She greets you as soon as you walk through the door also with a friendly smile. She is very friendly, professional, and makes you feel very welcome. Jenny makes you always want to come back. The store’s atmosphere is very pleasant.

We will never go to this one again. I walked in and waited in line while the guy working was flirting with the lady in front of me. Completely unprofessional. Then when he was done flirting and taking her payment he looked at me like I was bothering him and had an attitude. I order a pizza and bread, then left. Just to come home and see tge bread stix were mangled, flat, and looked half the size. THEN my daughter and niece opened the pizza just to see it was made with NO sauce. Seriously? I get that its little caesars but to Completely ruin there dinner was sad. I should of known it was going to be bed from the dirty floors, the flirting cashier, the rude interaction then the no cause pizza and flat half sized bread….corporate needs to go in and reevaluate this whole store. Then I called to see what they would do about my ruined pizza and bread, hoping they would say bring it up or hears a refund or a gift card I didn’t get anything because they didn’t answer the phone

I ordered two boxes of crazy puffs and the new Detroit style slices and sticks, which I was very excited to try Along with a side of their Jalapeño crazy sauce. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, which was picked up by my boyfriend and not myself, or I would’ve checked it before walking out, my slices and sticks were burned, and My cheese sauce was paid for on the receipt, but not putting in my bag! I called them and had to sit on hold for eight minutes before speaking with Manager, who would not replace my order unless it was brought back after I told her that I am homebound, and my boyfriend already left out of the house to retrieve the sauce that we paid for and wasn’t originally in the bag. When he originally returned the first time, he told me the store was chaotic and he didn’t check the bag because he just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I shouldn’t be surprised because I already know the Location to be chaotic, A few months ago before my car accident, I had a DoorDash order here for pick up that I waited 45 minutes For and decided to stay because the customer said their order kept getting dropped because the long wait. I’m not sure if they’re low on staff But they’re definitely low on quality And customer service. I do not recommend this location By any means necessary. I unfortunately will not be trying the new Detroit style slice of sticks today and will be settling for my crazy puffs. Next time I order, it will definitely be from a different location!!!

There is ALWAYS something with this place. Be it the staff or the’ Corporate ‘. Really odd how it’s ‘not possible’ to do half pepperoni and half cheese on pizzas anymore. On a single pizza. You’re literally in the back making them. You have the option. I offered to pay to even have it done though that is stupid. Truly unbelievable how lazy & ridiculous things have gotten with ordering out food. I hope the manager gets this store together or something. Won’t be back ever.

Problems and long waits on every single order. Portal is useless because they only ever put half the order in it. After my most recent undercooked and uncut pizza with wrong toppings, I put in a complaint, but apparently they just don’t respond to those, so I guess a bad review is my only shot of maybe getting them to acknowledge me?

Horrible service! Long wait times regardless if you order on line or in-person you going to wait. Your order will not be in the portal upon your arrival time. New management does not care and is not friendly. Cold pizzas and burnt crazy puffs. This place has really went down. Check your order before leaving very disappointing to get home and your pizza is burnt, hard, and unbeatable.
