Ordered on their app and of course DoorDash delivers it and I paid almost $40 and got only two of my items that I ordered and I was missing the other three items that I ordered and so I called the number and they said if DoorDash approves the refund I’ll get my money back but if not there’s nothing they can do so then they just got money from me from ordering on their app and I still didn’t receive my order and I’m out money which means somebody goes without eating in my family tonight I guess next time when the guy doesn’t understand me for the DoorDasher cuz I tried telling him I was missing three other things and he couldn’t understand me because he didn’t speak English

Rated a 3 because I’ve had good experiences here before, but today was terrible. Got home and saw that my one pizza was totally burnt. Kids wanted to eat, so we ate it, hoping for the best. But it tasted burnt as well. So disappointed as we were looking forward to trying the new stuffed pretzel crust.

2 major things:
First off it is and never will be acceptable for a pizza restaurant to take 95 minutes to complete an order… when during that same time they continue to crank out pizzas for walk-ins to grab and go. A customer should never have to wait that long and watch people who openly said they ordered 25 minutes ago get their order.
To make matters worse, I am a big fan of stuffed crust pizza, and had never ordered one from Little Ceasars. Please don’t waste your money, as it was not “stuffed”. The entire cheese stuffing had melted out of the crust and I was left with slightly burnt cheese outside the pizza edge and the rest oozed as nothing more than an additional cheese topping, all while eating hollow, inflated crust.
Terrible accountability and service. And pathetic quality control for something so simple. No thank you Warsaw Little Ceasars.

I have a bias for lil Caesars, love the pizza, love the pizza puffs here, definitely try them. It’s good to get, the pretzel crust is also the bomb. The food from this location has always been good and they’ve never messed anything up from here for me.

I ordered a pizza online. I picked it up and it was very burnt. I went back and asked if they would remake it, they remade it no questions asked and was handed the pizza back in less than 10 minutes! Amazing speed and amazing service!

Most of the time coming here, my food and experiences are pretty decent. I got extra cheese per usual, but my pizza didn’t have the extra cheese. When I called to ask what they do about lack of cheese, she proceeded to tell me I made it out on top because my $13 pizza should have been $20!! The way it was rang up was not my fault, but she had no intentions of any attempt to solve the issue ♀️ which I believe to be a simple fix.
